Tripod light arrived over 2 days. When finally all parts arrived went to put it together and one leg had at least a 15cm of rust coverage. Other 2 legs very rough and scratchy.

Lampshade was flat packed . You had to stick the lining in the inside yourself then the whole shade .had to use sellotape. Sent it back as looked cheap when done with seams joins etc. 3 weeks later after returning .. stilll no refund !!!

Unfortunately when the lights arrived one of them was completely smashed and the shade dented and creased will be sending back tomorrow

Terrible, the box was utterly destroyed on arrival and the lamp itself was rusty and scratched. Absolutely unacceptable.

My light came broken (even after changing the bulb) and I've now the hassle of printing labels and returning to the post office. I wouldn't recommend this company. Go to a reputable shop.

Hi I have just received my order form you. I was really excited to receive this however I’m really disappointed with the quality of it, I noticed marks/scratches all over the stem of the light which I hoped you would not see but once it has been put together(the assembly was not straight forward) they are really obvious. I’m thoroughly disappointed with it and as it was so hard to put together I don’t really want to take it down again to send it back to you. I don’t think the lamp was overly cheap and would not expect such poor quality or damaged goods to arrive. I look forward to hearing your response Regards Becky (a very disappointed customer)

Nice photos, Poor quality!! Pay attention on delivery note!!!! Some products are delivered in pallet. A rude health man asked my 65 years old receptionist to put the pallet inside the building....At the end I've got a poor quality product and a big pallet to get rid. Thanks Iconic Light!!

Lamp shade delivered but no lamp . I reported this on June 4th and was told Lamp would be delivered within 48 hrs. Its now 8th June and still no lamp.
