They need to stop using Hermes to deliver there items for them. Went out for delivery over a week ago to which i am still waiting. Hermes told them that my street did not exist!!! šŸ˜‚ it really is quite laughable

I made an order, it didn't arrive. I was advised it had been "lost in transit" but as I never received confirmation of shipping/dispatch, I assume it was lost well before transit. WOn't be shopping here again!

I recently bought the Camden chrome tripod table lamp and floor lamp with herringbone shades. They looked good on the website and seemed great value for money however the fact that the shade had to be assembled was very disappointing. They were flat packed which meant the shades were folded and quite bent when they arrived! Consequently I decided to return both lamps and was given a refund. I would not recommend these lamps due to the self assembly aspect.

Two lights both missing components. No parts able to be sent so both orders have to go back.

Apparently, according to Iconic Lights customer service, our outdoor solar lamps don’t stay lit because ā€œit happensā€ or the ā€œbatteries are not Duracell they are very cheapā€. Then it might be due to insufficient sun in the uk! Avoid and shop elsewhere!

I paid for next day delivery and hadn't realised that you did not deliver on Sundays. My fault I waited in all day Sunday. Waited in all day Monday and still no lights. Rang the company and had to ask for my next day delivery fee back, it wasn't volunteered. Waited in all day Tuesday for it to arrived late afternoon without the bulbs I had paid for. Rang the office twice more and was told the bulbs were in a different courier service and would be with me the next day. Another day of waiting in. The office were very rude and off hand with me. I can't even tell if it works yet. Very unhappy with the customer service and delivery. The tracking number appears invalid on courier web site. That will be 4 days waiting for a lamp that is supposed to be next day delivery (albeit one was my mistake)

Only put one star as items not received. Iconic lights aren’t really at fault but the courier never attempted to make a delivery I assume because the parcel was too heavy??

Quality of this floor lamp is terrible. Really lightweight & flimsy. I would of sent it back but my child ripped the boxes open to I’ve decoded to keep it and hide it in the bedroom. I was so shocked when I unpacked the lamp.

I cancelled order due to delivery method (hermes), specifically the fact that the drivers are not contactable. They kept blindly delivering in the mornings while i was working. Could have gone on for weeks! I only order with companies that use DPD now. A really good communicative service

Absolute cheap junk, would not recommend, would not buy again from iconic lights. Nothing like they look in the picture, look like bike reflectors and wonky.

Disgusting attitude sent me wall lights cheaply made and bent and refused to pay for returns postage. Patronising customer services and was not helpful. Do not buy you will be robbed

I tried to order my lights on line using a code that gave me 20 per cent off and when the code was not accepted I telephoned the company and was informed they would get back to me, when they did they said it was an old code from last November, however I ordered the lights at full price only to discover they had been reduced by £7 after I had ordered mine, I claimed the five pounds discount but would have liked an apology or acknowledgement that they should have sold the lights to me at the price which was advertised, I am at present renovating my property and would have purchased more lights from them. UNFAIR!!!
