Goods were faulty and even though we were given a refund for the item but we had to pay for the return (£14) which when we emailed the receipt they refused to refund. We have emailed customer services twice reminding them of my distance selling rights to a refund for faulty goods...no replies!! Rubbish customer service.

Bought a 'Du Bose Black Floor Lamp with XL Grey and Gold Shade'. The images look wonderful. The land did not stand up, it was too heavy no matter how I twisted the metal pole. The inner 'gold' is a piece of cardboard! Returns were also a shambles. They would only pick it back up from 9-5, my working hours. I offered to leave it in my secure porch, but they refused saying they needed a signature. I finally arranged a day off work for pick up, and they didn't turn up!! I've had such a head ache from this company, would definitely not recommend.

The lamp I ordered (grey dubose floor lamp) does not state that is self assembly, to the extent that you actually construct the shade itself- it comes as two pieces of material that you stick together and attach to the metal rings. The base is not straightforward either with tiny screws and excess wire that you have to feed through. The instructions are absolutely woeful! Definitely a two person job and you probably need about an hour to figure it out and get it right (we did on our third attempt). Item is totally mis-sold in my view by iconic lights.

I paid extra for next day delivery which still didn’t arrive. When I spoke to someone on the phone they were very rude and when I put in a complaint I was supposed to be contacted in 24 hours and it’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing bad. Very bad service

Lights arrived late due to an incompetent Hermes courier. One of my lampshades arrived damaged, the other with a black mark on and my table light arrived damaged and scratched. Have emailed to complain but had no response. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices, they’re low for a reason

I bought 2 lamps wanted to return one of the lamps and buy another one but was told I would have to organise and pay for my return. and then purchase tje othet lamp. thats a lot of time inconvenience and money to return an item. just be careful anyone as the hidden costs do spiral. not a online customer focused business

Return charge not acceptable I should not have to pay for the lamps return as they are no good. Item not as displayed on website. Giving false image of actual size of Jaigeir bedside lamps. I would not recommend this company

I am still waiting for my lights which I ordered 10 days ago on a next day delivery. Multiple emails back and forth at first showed promise that my items had been re sent out to me. But still no sign and not a lot of effort being made to speed this up. I have had an apology but it dosnt really help if I needed my lights 7 days ago.

They are painted copper which it does not state in the description. Dull looking and not like the picture. Really disappointed with my purchase!

I was really looking forward to getting two of these lights. When they arrived, they had the main light fitting in each box but both were missing the shade part of the fitting. When I contacted Iconic Lights I was told they were now out of stock so I have had to organise to be around to get the boxes picked up again and I've ended up with no lights!

Informed all in stock , informed 7 days later 1 item out of stock Chased my order 12 days later, where told 2 items out of stock but original lost in post .

Appalling customer service. Just terrible. They sent me a faulty lamp and 4 weeks later I'm still struggling to return it. They take too long to respond and are not giving me workable options for the return. Their products are available elsewhere at similar or cheaper prices so I'd suggest trying other companies.

Ordered a lamp with did not look like the photo but because it was not faulty their 'EASY RETURNS' policy meant that I had to send the item back at my own cost = 50% of the cost of the product less the delivery fees they charged me initially. Customer services were unhelpful and quoted their website with no goodwill or compromise offered. IconicLights needs to bring itself into 2018 where its competitors actually do offer easy returns and do not hide clauses in the small print. Such a pain to deal with.
