I bought the table version of this light by mistake. I tried calling every time someone hung up the call before I could speak to anything. I sent an email it was ignored. Onto of all this I haven't even received the light ignorer to return it and ask for a refund. Terrible customer service.

Delivery was a nightmare, redirected twice so cancelled order on the Wednesday, got told the refund was being processed straight away. Rang Friday to see where my refund was to be told the light was out for delivery today and refund would not be processed until they had it back! Customer service was poor, staff were rude! Will not be using again, price is not worth the hassle

Poor quality goods. Shoddy paintwork on the 2 lamps I bought. Very disappointed as reviews on the site seemed really good.

Arranged return and still waiting on refund. Dreadful and virtually impossible to speak to a human being about it. Gave up. Avoid and buy from a reputable retailer instead

Power supply of the lights did not work once they had been installed so paid for an electrician to assemble and then dismantle. Company organised a "swap out" for a working set the next week, stayed home all day and no one came with a new set. Awful service.

After numerous contacts to find the order was not delivered, I have asked for your company to recall the order and cancel it. Very disappointed with lack of delivery, I have now ordered from a more reliable company, and await my refund. Your couriers could not find the place and only seven offices on the post code, only 3 offices on the street, if the parcel gets delivered it will be sent back unopened and a full refund is required, your operator has asked for a recall as it was not delivered on Friday, item no longer required due to your couriers incompetence. Appalling customer service. Ordered lights on the 22 July. Payment taken immediately. 31st July still no lights. All Iconic can do is blame the couriers (Hermes). I would strongly suggest that Iconic look at the reviews Hermes receive. The fact that it takes 2-3 days for Hermes to respond to a query from Iconic is not acceptable. I will not use either of these companies again until things change for the better,

Difficult item to assemble!! Really,Really small screws to place into poles! How & Earth you're supposed to do it! Positive quick delivery.

2 items arrived smashed. I took photos and emailed them to you immediately with a covering letter. I then phoned you the following day and was told by a lady that I would receive a reply by 8pm that evening as you were exceptionally busy. That response never came and I have now been waiting for approximately 3 weeks. My husband was able to glue the broken light fitting back together but the glitter bulb was smashed to bits. I've waited a while before writing this, in order to give Iconic Lights time to redeem themselves. Unfortunately this has not happened. I placed an order on the 25th October choosing a standard 3-5 working day delivery. On the 3rd November I contacted them and was told there was a "glitch on our system". Fair enough, these things happen, I was told my order would be shipped express delivery. On the 9th November I still had not received my items and so contacted Iconic Lights once more requesting a tracking number. Two days later automatic emails came in thanking me for my order and notifying me that it had been dispatched (emails I would've expected 2 days after placing my order, not 17 days). It seems like my order was "reset" in the system and started again. At least my lights were on the way. Three days later I receive a delivery... I'd ordered two lamps, I received two bases and only one shade. The shade was "flat packed" meaning that the material element had been folded and needed to be rolled out around the circular frame (supplied in two pieces). So it's now been 20 days and have have part of my order.... Not happy. It's a shame as there are so many positive reviews here, I do believe I'm a rare case, but that's not the point. I hate wasting time writing negative reviews but Iconic lights customer service is so poor I don't have much choice.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase from icon lights. While the pendant light in the image looked great, what arrived in the packet was not! Although delivery was prompt and efficient the product was, to be frank, a disgrace. There are about 100 pieces of the cheapest plastic tat to assemble. It would take hours. I may do it as a craft project with one of the kids but I certainly won't be putting the lamp up. Not impressed AT ALL. In fact I would appreciate a full refund.

I ordered the lamp (green library type desk lamp) and when received it, the shade was plastic not glass. I didn't not expect the plastic shade as it was not mentioned in the description that it comes with the plastic shade (who would think its not going to be a glass).
