“Item was ordered on a Monday for next day delivery. Was told Tuesday it would be Wednesday. It never arrived and I requested a refund on Saturday”

“The Item I ordered was not the size stated. They item was priced at £14.99 and it has cost me £11.99 to return by post. Iconiclights have confirmed they will not refund me for the postage, I am never using them again. Shockingly bad customer service.”

“Awful 1st order never arrived and I have still not had a reply from customer advisors , 2nd order wrong light was sent again still awaiting a reply will be going onto any reviews to ensure people are aware of this service”

“ordered 2 lights at 2pm Friday and received them at 9am the next day. 19 hours from ordering to receiving and it was also free delivery. FANTASTIC!!!! I don't normally write reviews but because of the high level quality customer service received by this company, I feel obliged to take a few minutes out of my day to praise them. The quality of the lights I bought were of good quality and the price was good value for money £30 for 2 stainless steel outside wall lights. Would happily recommend this company to anybody who was thinking of having dealings with them. Happy Happy Happy!!!!!!”

“Ordered a large floor lamp, after 2 weeks contacted them, as they couldn't find my lamp apparently at the dispatch depot? And after 3 more days of chasing, they said they would refound me. 3 days ago I get a call that they can not find the delivery address I call my office and they tell me it's arrived.. Pick it up on Xmas eve No original box loose in large one. Shade is bent, Base battered, Spring are missing! Plus the lamp shade isn't the same design than the picture on web site. Wish I could send pictures it's appalling!!!”

“Fast delivery but packaging was poor, meant to be a Christmas present however there was no original product box, item was broken and had pieces missing! Very disappointed and still waiting for a full refund! Avoid if you are buying presents.”

“The product i ordered was of a very poor quality , first item came and it wouldn't go together and there was damage on main lamp . Had a replacement sent out and it was the same . This was my first time ordering and won't be placing any orders in the future”

“The quality of the product provided is just appallingly poor. The product started to fall into pieces while I started to mount it. Not only it got scratched with the minimal handling that should be required to mount it, as it started to lose screws and nuts when I started to adjust it to the angles I wanted. At one point I found myself holding this floorlamp against the wall while the springs already adjusted started to jump out... very frustrating. Even more frustrating is the fact that I couldn't return the product as my cleaner has thrown the box away the very next day! There are more expensive items in the market whit the same design. I learnt the lesson, for a bit more you may get a product with a minimum of quality (that this doesn't have).”
