Worst customer service I have ever encountered. 'Computer says no' sort of company. Are not happy to help when things go wrong. I am a now stuck with two table lamps one of which were not as advertised as they refused to exchange one. Frankly dealing with the customer services who could not even start a sentence with a capital was so painful it was not worth the time or effort. Great looking sight and product - terrible customer service! Great shame for an online company to have such shocking levels of service. Would never visit there site again.

Missing parts on both lights. First Order! Asked for picture, automatic reply stated contact within 24 hours, still waiting reply nearly 3 days later

I ordered a floor lamp and when it arrived, was more rose gold than the copper colour in the picture. The lamp was also advertised as 'copper'. I contacted customer services to arrange a return and was advised to organise my own return and pay for it and then I'll be refunded the cost of the lamp but not the return postage costs. I feel the fact that Iconic Lights has 'Easy Returns' boldly stated on their website is very misleading. There is nothing 'Easy' about having to repackage a lamp, find a courier who doesn't charge more than £30, sign up online and print out labels etc and then take the parcel to a collection point and pay £10 for this too! In what way is this an 'Easy Return'? Bad service!

Do not work.. initial impressions were ok, two days later, neither lamp works. Keep tapping but no light appears. Appalling product, they will be returned

Customer service was nothing to be desired! Called up after not receiving my next day delivery parcel only for the person on the other end to be highly combative, arrogant and short tempered, over a very simple question which I asked. Customer service training would be recommended.

Really poor customer service. It’s like the people in the company don’t talk to each other. Still waiting for my replacement. What a joke.

Lamp was so poorly and cheaply made it didn’t fit together so we had to get the drill out just to assemble it. Very cheap looking, looks like it cost £4 rather than £40.

Our order arrived but there were parts missing. Unfortunately, as we had just moved house, and things were still in boxes, I didn't check the package within 30 days (which according to them is the period of time you have to report any issues). Yes, that was my fault but the response from Iconic Lights was less than helpful, not particularly friendly and refused point blank to rectify the problem as we had missed the 30 day deadline. It's disappointing that their customer service is so poor, as I'd like to have purchased more from them. Not going to happen now.

The light shade looks cheap and doesn’t sit well, it’s at an angle. It really doesn’t look good. I wish I hadn’t brought it!

My order was lost and I had no notification so the item I ordered could well have been out of stock by the time I checked. When it did arrive the packaging was inadequate and badly damaged but luckily not the contents.

At this present time i can not make a review of the two light fittings that i have purchased as they have not been delivered and have been lost. I am awaiting a phone call or e-mail to let me know the next step of this matter.

Everything went wrong pendant lights shades were not the colour that it seemed on the website not really red but worst of all lights wouldn't rise as stated but only hung at lowest length just inches above table!! Tried e-mailing but no reply received so lights went in bin a waste of £81. Will never use this company again

I paid for a light with a bulb there was not a bulb Empty little box .? Shame as light was great Some one in factor had a good laugh

Bought two lamps for our bedside tables, a month later one continuously flickers like a strobe light and the other one smells like it’s going to burst into flames! Not good

I bought the table version of this light by mistake. I tried calling every time someone hung up the call before I could speak to anything. I sent an email it was ignored. Onto of all this I haven't even received the light ignorer to return it and ask for a refund. Terrible customer service.
