Appalling website, tried to order £286.00 worth of lighting. Numbers of each ordered item kept mysteriously changing after entry! Contacted customer services by phone, operator sounded clueless and disinterested, will spend my money elsewhere!

Disappointed with self -assembly shades...ceiling pendant shades received..ordered lamp shades..liked the bases so kept them and discarded the shades...no return labels available for returns of shades. Will not be using this site again....Ev

Ordered a floor lamp with bulb and after a short time received delivery to find that they had only sent a lamp shade and bulb. After several telephone conversations from which I was promised that the lamp base would be sent overnight delivery I am still waiting for the base. In my opinion this is extremely poor and would definitely avoid using this company to purchase anything.

Only half of my order was delivered (in 2 times) and I have been dealing with the customer service for the past 4 days getting inconsistent information each time. I still haven’t got my full order and I haven’t got clarity on when it will be delivered.

Worst product I have ever ordered online. When it arrived it was broken. Looks very cheap. Ended up going to dunelm and paid 60 pounds for a gorgeous one. DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. It’s so ugly, small, and cheap looking. It ended up in my bin.

I wouldn’t advise purchasing the lamp. I was surprised it came as flat packed (although I’m sure it probably said it somewhere, although it wasn’t overly clear). It’s off balance and looks cheap.

Not yet delivered.hermes state tried to deliver 24/1 which is untrue as I was in all day and no one called.hermes have lied again saying tried again on 25/1/19 but we were in all day again.Can a reliable carrier be used? 28/1/19 says delivered with a picture of package at someone else's blue front door(we have a green door-please note for any future non deliveries only leave at green doors!

I ordered the "Crawford Copper Floor Lamp With Grey and Gold Shade" and the "Crawford Copper Floor Lamp With Grey and Gold Shade". Arrived promptly, didn't realise the Shades were flat pack and had to be build. Design was poor, held together by velcro, the inner gold sleeve was just card and had to be stuck in place with cellotape. Two of the Legs were missing it legs. After building both Shades and sticking them together then realised that they were both XL, one fitted ceiling but other to big for Floor Lamp. Overall not very happy with Design at all, flimsy. Would not recommend either Floor Lamp or Shades.

I bought a lamp and it arrived within a few days. When I opened the box I realised the lamp shade was flat pack and was really poor quality. The assembly instructions were not complete when I put it together it looked really cheap and nasty. I emailed customer services and they never got back to me. Avoid this company.

I purchased one of the Camden Tripod Floor Lamps with the Grey Aspen Shade as I fell in love with it online. In person, however, was a whole different story. The package arrived a bit bruised and battered, and when I opened up the box I realised that the top ends didn't even meet - hence why the box was looking a bit sorry for itself. As a consequence of this shoddy packaging, the lamp inside was bent out of shape. An appalling first experience with Iconic Lights, I think I can safely say I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Some of the lights are fine but four of them arrived flatpacked and I had to make them myself...they Velcro the shade and you have to roll it on to the frame...sadly not a professional look at all

Ordered 2 lamps, recieved 1 lamp which was completely different to the one I ordered. Phoned up, was told the two I had initially ordered would be sent out in 24hrs delivery time. No lamps arrived, had to contact Iconic Lights myself to ask where the lamps were to be told they were out of stock. If I never contacted, I’d still be waiting on my lamps!! No contact from Iconic Lights to say they were out of stock. I had been told on the phone that everything was sorted and I would receive a new tracking number for the delivery. Shocking.

Been asked to review twice and have yet to receive my parcel 7 days after the order was placed. Unclear as to whether this is the fault of Iconic Lights or Hermes, however, it’s not a great plan to ask a customer for a review when they are currently considering complaining.
