Really disappointed with the quality of the lamp especially the shade, it was 2 pieces of material that I had to stick on to the shade frame with Velcro which meant I could see the seams. Just looked cheap. Ended up returning the product due to the quality which has put my off buying from this site as the quality in the photos looks really good.

I ordered 3 products from Iconic lights. The delivery was very quick which is a plus. Although 2 of the products were wrong. The customer service department were very quick to amend this and send out new lights although again the wrong ones were sent. Since I contacted twice to inform them of the wrong lights being delivered and the second ones were at least the correct colour I did not peruse it any further. I doubt I will buy from them again. The products themselves are very nice although still not what I originally ordered.

Very disappointing, the illustration is not a bit like as darkly smoked that the glass is. Hardly any light emitted at all.

My order was short of three light bulbs which means I cannot use the light purchased. I paid extra for next day delivery and over a week later I am still waiting for the light bulbs to arrive

Cheap shade ,a very weird Velcro idea to put it together. Dissapointed,tiny flex so we have to do an extension.

Hi very bad quality not worth the money at all very small standing lamp,Tha shade was horrendous quality.In bucket as shade was made of plastic and you could see every crack that appeared trying to roll it out.Very poor

These are nice light fittings but the colour is not what i expected. The descriptions and pictures show a blackened aged finish but when received they were a solid mid grey finish. Sadly, i have had to return the light fittings as the colour does not fit with my décor.

Sorry not impressed by the quality of the product at all in terms of the light shade being a flat pack and needing Velcro tape to stick the ends together? Why not just manufacture as a solid shape? Also item was delivered unoticingly broken and so the shade would even sit on the lamp. Returned and currently waiting on a refund which I hope is sooner rather than later. Quick service in terms of ordering however.

quick delivery but the lamp I got was miniature and extremely flimsy. shade does not stay onto the base so I had to gorilla glue it in the end staff could not provide 3 extra poles to make it normal size probably won't be ordering again

The lamp is perfect but the description for the light is faulty as the light bulb doesn't even fit the lamp, not a happy customer at all. Definitely need to fix the description as its faulty.

Value for money a yes but quality and finish poor, was very disappointed. Powder coating on the shade is sporadic and not consistent and the assembly was a nightmare due to no instructions and over threading of joints.

We are very pleased with the look of the light but unfortunately the touch control does not work at all well. It is very frustrating having to tap it numerous times to adjust the brightness or turn it on or off, Surely it should adjust with one tap in which case we must have a faulty lamp. Lovely lamps, however the two bases were mismatching (I know marble shouldn’t match exactly, but the base colour was totally different - one cream in tone and the other grey). Also both lightbulbs smashed in transit by the courier I presume. They were marked “fragile” and then firmly taped to the main lamp box - causing too much pressure and resultant smash. Obviously both unusable.
