Waited in a full day for delivery after customer services advised second attempted delivery would be made that day by Hermes. DIY lampshade delivered yes, floor lamp not. Hermes delivery guy stated he had attempted three times, Iconic Lights stated attempted delivery only twice, including that said day. Have had issues previously with Hermes delivery and choose not to do business with companies who use them. Customers Services were efficient and offered DPD delivery but I have decided not to waste another day awaiting a delivery and further time putting together a DIY lampshade. Seems there's a lot of DIY lampshades with Iconic. Shame.

Well I purchased two wall lights with bulbs unfortunately I purchased two different types of bulb, one clear white bulb and one warm white bulb, ok my mistake this was on a Sunday. So I e-mailed the customer service straight away knowing nobody would be there. At least it would be there for someone to see and correct my order. I received an email saying the order had been dispatched. I was told via an email the warehouse would not had received the request to amend the order, so I thought why have a customer service department if they don’t communicate with each other. So very disappointed with the after sales service I received or didn’t receive from iconiclights.

I have kept this lamp purely for the reason that I would be out of pocket by sending it back. I purchased this lamp before from another seller, had I known it was the same one I wouldn't have bought it. It looks good when it is up, but doesn't last long given the construction of the shade. I feel that it should be made clear in the description about exactly how the shade is delivered and how it's basically velcro that holds it together. It is not substantial and certainly not value for money. My bad though for not picking up that it was a Mini Sun product. Not a fan.

1st shade arrived bashed, as it was squeezed into a box which was too neat in size. I tele customer services, stressing box was wrong size, but sadly my comments were ignored , and when the replacement was sent was also damaged. Would not use website again Refund claimed immediately.

The (large) lampshade for my lamp came flat pack and had to be assembled. There was a shiny strip for the inside but it only sticks in a couple of places. The overall effect is very cheap looking. There’s lots of creases from where it was folded in the packaging and it’s just very badly designed. So disappointed

Wrong lightbulbs were sent. I paid for next day delivery but had to wait longer. The lamp itself is almost impossible to build and every time a lightbulb needs to be changed the whole thing has to be reassembled! Would not recommend

I purchased 3 Talisman lamps, one floor lamp and 2 table lamps along with the suggested (‘related’) dimmable light bulbs. Received my order, well packaged- happy with the quality. However, when I assembled the table lamp it turned out to be very bright (it is the one with exposed bulb) - so I Phoned customer service saying that the information on the website

The light arrived and was beautiful. Unfortunately parts to fit the light was missing. Now awaiting more parts to be sent out.

Iconic Lights definitely have a good range at very good prices. Delivery is also good. However my experience with them was marred by their poor customer service when one of the items was missing a part and I needed to return it as a result. The process to find out what was the problem and then try and get a refund was very painful and necessitated a large number of phone calls. I think if you are due a refund they won't actually process it unless you ring and bother them. Also their tracking systems are poor - they found it very hard to find any emails I had sent them and they often asked me who I had spoken to last as there were no notes of a previous interaction with them.

This lamp looks cheap. This lamp's base is formed by 3 or 4 pieces that don't necessarily end up in line when screwed up. You have to put together the lamp shade which doesn't give a good finished, edges are sticky and you can see velcro everywhere. As the shade was in a flat box has a few dents, the one I've got it seems some yellow thread got caught between the fabric and backing plastic. I like the look of it but I will make some changes to the shade to make it look better or even get a new shade... Cheap but I wouldn't recommend.

I ordered two lights which, when received, were not as described on the website, they were touch control instead of manual control, which I required. I advised them of this and very quickly received a return label. The lights were packaged and returned on the 16 January and signed for by them on 18 January. However, my monies were not refunded until 29 January following a prompt from myself.

The metal frames have only been sprayed with copper on the outside edge - so the rest of the frame is dark grey metal. Not at all the look I wanted.

Lack of communication and website allows you to choose next day delivery for items that’s arent available. Still waiting on refund of delivery charge and no tracking number was sent until parcel had already been delivered which I missed the delivery because of the no tracking.

I placed an order the day before Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve I emailed to request that my delivery be changed from next day to the slowest option (and that I be credited with the difference in price). My order was despatched on 27th but my request was ignored, despite my email having been read. I emailed again to address the problem but two weeks later I haven’t had a response.

I ordered a lamp and the base was chipped! How disappointing for a first purchase! I ended up returning the item and requesting a refund. At least they were quick with service!

I have an issue with a sub standard purchase that I received before Christmas. I was hoping that a replacement was being organised after contact with a very helpful customer service man but despite sending two more emails I have yet to hear back on when I should expect to receive my replacement. I really hope I hear something very soon as I like the lamp but just don't want a substandard one. Here's hoping........
