Excellent lights fittings, but I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive my goods for 3 days, and never got a refund for my next delivery. So a bit dissapointed all in all

Purchased a floor lamp with shade, and a ceiling pendant. The packaging was poor and unbranded. The shade came flat-packed, meaning you had to 'build' it using Velcro rings. As a result it looks really cheap and unfinished. I'll have a purchase a new shade separately to replace it. Thought I was getting a bargain but should have paid more for better quality elsewhere.

The delivery was efficient and fast and the table lamp base is beautiful but that’s the only positive point to this review.... i ordered a tall standing lamp and a table lamp, both lamp shades were battered, creased and discoloured which made them unusable. The base to the tall standing lamp was also battered and dinted.

Substandard products received. On going emails 're this felt really frustrated & dissatisfied so called customer service and dealt with extremely helpful young man who resolved situation quickly.

We ordered a ceiling fan light and screws are missing so you can't fix the blades to the lights. We phoned and are still waiting for the screws to be posted out. Very disappointed.

The lamp base itself is fine but the shade is dreadful - look, quality, functionality. I emailed customer service with feedback, saying it would be better simply not to sell the shade - and as of Sunday still no reply. I wasn’t complaining and I wasn’t after a refund but I courteous response to constructive feedback would have been appreciated.

Ordered this lamp for my living room and it came flat packed, the legs on it are very flimsy, the lampshade is Velcro and you have to attach it yourself which isn’t easy to do as it leaves all creases in the lampshade. The slightest bit of movement and the lampshade tips off as is only attached by a clip which isn’t very effective. Doesn’t look to bad when it’s switched on at night as it hides the creases and doesn’t look as flimsy from a far. Had I have seen the product before hand I would not have paid the price I did.

The actual product was very different in terms of colour to the picture featured on the website and I wasn’t happy with the quality of the lamp base as it looked marked when removed from the packaging. The customer services advisor I spoke to regarding return the items had a poor telephone manner

Base was scratched, cheaply made, I had to drill new holes through the wood as they didn’t line up with the main part.

The light itself was attractive but the quality of the base was poor and the base doesn't stand upright, it leans slightly to one side and I cannot seem to get rid of this by adjusting it. Also the thread on the screw that holds the two pieces together was barely there and as such when screwed into the hole to hold the two pieces together it kept falling out. I managed to get it in only for it to fall out again. I just managed to stop my baby putting it into his mouth as it had come out and fallen on the floor. The lamp is now without the screw which will not go back in and sitting lopsided on my tv bench. Really quite disappointed and this will put me off buying again in the future.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of the product (although maybe I should have expected it given the competitive price). The stand is fine, but the lampshade is very flimsy. The gold, metallic interior is actually just some kind of gold shiny cardboard, and has quite a few bumps and bashes. The material around the edges of the lampshade is lifting and uneven in places, which you can clearly see when the lamp is turned on. And bizarrely it smells of fish when lit?! We assume it is the melting glue and so keep trying to stick with it and hope the smell goes - however a week in, it still lingers! The icing on the cake is the fact that the bulb that was suggested as being complimentary to the lamp (which I therefore ordered) is the wrong fitting and is therefore unusable. Wouldn't recommend.

I still have not received my delivery. I emailed to get an update and received a prompt response informing me that my item was "out for delivery today by Hermes" but the item did not reply. I then sent a follow up email on Sunday and received an email this morning but saying that same thing, so I still do not know when my item is being delivered. Items delivered were of very poor standard. Contacted customer services via email who were not very helpful. They eventually agreed that if I returned the items I would get a refund of the items plus the delivery charge. So had to pay to return. I received a refund but not for the amount agreed! So ended up £14 out of pocket for their sub standard lamps.
