“Express Next Day option selected and paid for, not delivered today. Retailer blames carrier (Hermes), carrier blames retailer. Requested a change of address with retailer, who advised they would call and email the carrier, though nothing has been done!”

“I have received the item which was left on my doorstep! Very disappointed as the base of the lava lamp was dented so badly that the bottle had to be forced into the base. Now we have to wait two hours.......”

“Top of shade was chipped where the bulb sits, even thought it was packed well, too much bother to send back and wait for new one to be delivered and collect when not at home.”

“I began to fix the light and 3 of the parts were broken. I have managed to fix the shade, however there are now gaps in the shade. I was going to return the shade but it had taken me so long to fix more than half of the shade, that it didn't seem worth it!”

“Great price, fast delivery. I did however ask for clarification regarding the colour of one the lights (picture looked white, I got sent black) and after two emails I have yet to get a reply. I'm sure it will all work out in the end though.”

“Mixed bag. I ordered 2 lights. The scandanavian tripod was great, but the fishermans lamp made a buzzing sound, smelt plasticky and started smoking. Could have caused a fire if I hadn't noticed, so I won't be using. A shame, because it looks good..”

“Nice lights and look as advertised however paid for next day delivery as has an electrician booked. They arrived two days after ordering. Not ideal. Got a refund but wasn't really offered an apology or explanation. Poor service.”

“For the money its OK but quality isn't so good. There were some marks on the metal and the lamp was slightly mishapen at the top & needed adjusting (bending). OK in a corner.”
