“The light itself looks great and was a great price but I haven’t been able to attach the lamp shade, it also doesn’t come with instructions for this so very confusing. Have reached out to the customer service team for help so hopefully will be fully built soon”

“The lampshade is good. I have had the same one many years ago and like the design. However the lampshade was damaged when it arrived as the box was not strong enough and was crushed by the courier - Hermes. I have repaired the lampshade so that the joints are back together and the damage is not very visible to save the hassle of returning it.”

“The lights I bought were damaged. They sent a replacement part but this was also damaged. I couldn’t be bothered taking further action. Too much hassle.”

“Disappointed that lamp shade came in flat pack box and you had to make it up, also recommended bulbs and sent wrong ones so had hassle of returning them. First purchase not sure I would buy anything again.”

“I bought a unicorn table lamp for a gift. The recipient opened it yesterday and we were disappointed to see there were a few chips on the figure. Not dents just black spots where the white paint was either missing or had come off.”

“Lamp arrived when scheduled but on opening the box the shade was completely bent and folded and after ages trying to get the creases out I still Couldn’t manage it.. Lamp looks more sturdy online.”

“Not happy with my table lamps, you have to roll the shade around the rims of the frame yourself and fasten with velcro, it is impossible to get a smooth clean finish and looks cheap.”

“the lights look lovely, so for that I would mark them a good/very good; the speed of delivery was also a good/very good the quality of the lights, i am not so sure, hence giving a poor; the lights seem to overheat very quickly (even with a 30W recommended bulb) and the heat generates a burning smell, which doesn't reassure much. Liaising with customer services to see if there is a fault in the lights hence the heat/smell issue.”

“Really disappointed with part of my order, one of the shades was as expected, however the other came flat packed and had to be rolled yourself. This looks cheap, misaligned and the ends do not stick down properly. I have emailed customer service with no reply so disappointed with customer service also.”

“Delivery was good however i was not aware the lampshades would be flat packed and once the lamp was put together the quality was poor. The lampshade was flimsy and the copper stand was scratched.”
