The prices are pretty good to be fair but the service was shocking, very poor delivery also, very unhelpful if you're not sitting at home during work hours.

I know you only get what you pay for,but at least you expect it to work,touch lamp and bulb arrived pretty quickly,you have to assemble it and that was the first snag as one of the clips holding the glass in place was broken but it still went together ok however the bulb would not dim at all,we rang customer service who said they would send another one,nearly a week later still waiting.very,very poor.

Please accept our apologies, unfortunately the replacement bulb was found to be damaged in transit. We have re-sent a bulb on express delivery.

The lamp arrived poorly wrapped, the box looked mangled but luckily that didn’t damage the product. Missing three screws which means it’s unstable. Also it’s quite wonky. A shame as it’s looks lovely on the site.

Lights when they finally arrived were nice, however half my order was cancelled by iconic lights saying it was out of stock. I queried this by email but had no reply. I phoned them to see if I could replace the item with something else, they said no, place a new order and have to pay carriage. They didn’t cancel the bulb that I ordered to go with the now ‘out of stock ‘ item so I had to phone again - twice before this was done! Delivery was also delayed (after waiting in all day). Would not recommend iconic lights (also known as value lights) due to poor customer service.

I was disappointed to be honest- the light came with lots of scuffs and scratches, and the lamp shade looks very cheap

Bought two bed side lamps. Used them once, one stopped working and the other is now flickering. Threw away boxes and invoices as didn’t expect to have this happen. Not impressed at all

The first lamp I recieved the glass was all broken. Iconlights were very fast at sending a replacement. On this one the metal part was broken. Good job I was allowed to keep the first lamp and used the metal part from that one, making one good lamp.

Lamp came in good time. Was surprised that the shade had to be made ur self with velcro not the best. The base of the lamp also has a scratch marks all over it.

Material looked okay but delivered with the shade folded that has resulted in creases in shade. You then had to try and roll two separate metal frame rings onto the Velcro. I might point out this is bloody difficult to do especially if you live alone. I was hoping they would flatten out but they have not. Then tonight a crashing in the next room turned out to be the lamp shade becoming unstuck from the metallic rim. So actually quite disappointed. It would have been bloody embarrassing if it had landed on my Christmas guests as the bed is right underneath the fitting! I suppose as with everything. You get what you pay for.

I found the lamp I bought very difficult to assemble, although I.m a reasonably practical person, as I couldn’t.t get it to look plumb. My daughter spent a long time trying to improve things as I hadn’t.t the energy to send it back. There seems to be a fault with the welding , things are not attached centrally. It now stands propped by a wedge !

We originally purchased a 5 unit ceiling light. For this we also purchased 6 dimmable lights. Lo and behold when we received the bulbs they were "non dimmable". We had to return this and order 6 dimmable lights. When finally they arrived 5 were cool white and one was warm white. Once again we had to wait to receive the correct one. So our experience with Iconiclights has not been a good one. Sorry

We would be pleased with the lights BUT on unpacking 2 days ago, parts were missing, and the delivery company left the cardboard box outside in the rain. I have messaged and callled but noone has come back to me yet. I appreciate it is a busy time but poor customer service does not help create positive reviews!

Lovely looking lamp from a distance but very poor quality . Also having to assemble it wasn’t what I was expecting very flimsy and a few scratches on the poles .
