“Very disappointed with solar powered light I purchased recently on two counts. Firstly, the brightness is not very good. If you were looking for something lost, it is not possible to spot with the power of the bulbs. Secondly, the motion sensor comes on at slightest movement due to weather conditions. So when it is raining or even very windy, the light comes on. Not sure I would recommend this light to anybody.”

“I believe this was an ex-display or a return as there was definite evidence of this with screws and packing. Also, the fitter had to make alteration to the enable assembly. The black cables in some areas were only just about long enough and did not loop as per the design. In hindsight I should have returned this but had already invested too much time, expense and effort getting it fitted.”

“I bought the NORM 69 lamp. I have had one previously and needed an replacement. This time the lamp came assembled. It is not assembled in a professional way. It is not folded properly and the lamp is not symmetric. It does not like it should.”

“Poor communication goods never arrived when chased told it would take 3/4 days to arrive even though paid next day! Didnt receive tracker number then chased again told goods damaged so wouldn't arrive ad no more in stock. Only good point was quick refund . Won't deal again”

“I purchased three 180mm Dia. white round light shades. Generally these were not very good quality, the paint finish on all three were poor. I requested replacements. These were sent quickly, however the replacements were not much better. Poor products this time unfortunately. James Doddrell RIBA.”
