“The prices are pretty good to be fair but the service was shocking, very poor delivery also, very unhelpful if you're not sitting at home during work hours.”

“I received my order in good time. The wall unit was as it should be, the floor lamp was not satisfactory insofar as the black base had a huge white streak through it and was not at all like the picture in the catalogue. I phoned them, a lady said to supply photographs. I did and they asked me if i wished a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and it arrived within 48 hours.”

“Only half of my order was delivered (in 2 times) and I have been dealing with the customer service for the past 4 days getting inconsistent information each time. I still haven’t got my full order and I haven’t got clarity on when it will be delivered.”

“Worst product I have ever ordered online. When it arrived it was broken. Looks very cheap. Ended up going to dunelm and paid 60 pounds for a gorgeous one. DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. It’s so ugly, small, and cheap looking. It ended up in my bin.”
