“There was no email saying item had been dispatched with tracking available. The item I ordered says chrome in the description but it is brass. A nice product otherwise at a very reasonable price.”

“Bought a beautiful fire pit. However it was very poorly packaged. Cardboard box was badly broken, polystyrene packaging smashed and several parts of the fire pit bent. Husband can repair but if it had been packaged properly it would have been perfect.”

“The product was very good in terms of quality and cost but the packaging was not environmentally friendly, using polystyrene which has a horrendous environmental impact, and currently cannot be recycled so ends up in landfill.”
