“Nice lights with quick standard delivery. Just disappointed that I hadn't realised I needed double insulated wiring for the wall lights. It didnt mention if they were insulated in the spec and I didnt think about it. Will have to return them. Very sad about as they are beautiful wall lights.”

“The lampshade was a bit fiddly to assemble and I had to leave out some washers as the rods were not quite long enough. However, it looks great and I am very pleased. The shade arrived very quickly.”

“Everything went wrong pendant lights shades were not the colour that it seemed on the website not really red but worst of all lights wouldn't rise as stated but only hung at lowest length just inches above table!! Tried e-mailing but no reply received so lights went in bin a waste of £81. Will never use this company again”

“Lovely lights at a fraction of price of another well known retailer. One lamp was damaged on delivery but was replaced the next day without issue great service and products. Have bought two more lamps .”

“There was an issue with a couple of parts on our light. As soon as I emailed I had a reply with an offer to collect and exchange from my home at a time to suit me. The replacement is perfect. Excellent customer service”
