“The wrong bulbs arrived with our order but Iconic Lights kindly sent us replacement bulbs for free and didn’t ask for the old bulbs back. Great service! Recommended.”

“My light arrived quickly and in good packaging. I felt the price was very good value. Customer Services we’re very quick to respond when I reported the lightbulb I bought to go with the lamp was faulty.. I received a refund straight away, no questions asked.”

“We ordered kitchen spotlights and a bathroom light with bulbs. The bathroom light was faulty but this was very quickly and easily resolved. The replacement arrived yesterday and we're delighted with the service we received. We'd definitely come to Iconic Lights again and highly recommend.”
