“Excellent customer service about the product I wanted to purchase! Dispatched and arrived very quick! I haven't tried the light as its a Xmas present but it's in perfect working order and seems sturdy and of a high quality. Wishing more companies were like you! Thank you”

“Lamp as described and delivered quickly. Only comment is that we bought the Arco lamp for which the information states that the courier company would contact us to arrange delivery. In fact they unilaterally attempted delivery a couple of days after we ordered when we weren't in. Didn't cause any real problems though as we were able to rearrange for a couple of days later.”
