“I bought the table version of this light by mistake. I tried calling every time someone hung up the call before I could speak to anything. I sent an email it was ignored. Onto of all this I haven't even received the light ignorer to return it and ask for a refund. Terrible customer service.”

“Delivery was a nightmare, redirected twice so cancelled order on the Wednesday, got told the refund was being processed straight away. Rang Friday to see where my refund was to be told the light was out for delivery today and refund would not be processed until they had it back! Customer service was poor, staff were rude! Will not be using again, price is not worth the hassle”
