“An incredibly beautiful piece of (essentially) art in my bedroom. Solid structure. Easy (but a bit unclear) install. Fabulous price even before the discounts. Fast delivery. 10 out of 10 would recommend and can’t wait to move house/remodel so I can buy again! Instructions didn’t make it clear that it’s didn’t matter which way the clear wires were wired to the neutral and live wire and I didn’t want to shatter the bulb. I called customer service and the lady didn’t know the answer but got in touch with an engineer and she called back within 4 hours.”

“Really good service and excellent help from customer service. The lights we received are good value for money. The only complaint is the delivery service Iconic use that fails to deliver in the requisite time frame. Asked for next day delivery but took the best part of a week.”
