“Bought for elderly parent as reading lamp. They had to unpack and put together which went without hitch so I can only assume that means it was easy, simple and clear- unlike previous product that had to go back due to fiddly nightmare. They are extremely pleased with colour and quality. I am pleased as the remote purchaser that you delivered the item quickly and your customer service lady was able to answer all my queries about the item prior to my purchase! Product knowledge A MUST so thank you for that!”
