“Really loved the floor lamp and shade I received! Had a small probably with one shade but with one email, a replacement was on the way the next day! Excellent customer service and lovely products! Would definitely use them again.”

“Made my order online, received a package very promptly, unfortunately however it was for the wrong thing! Iconic lights were extremely quick to apologise though and sent my correct order straight away. Mistakes happen and the way Iconic lights rectified the issue was very impressive and I'm very pleased with my purchase!”
