“The quality was not what I was hoping for in the imaging (slightly smudged) and even though I lined up the picture and the text to the set dimensions before I submitted it everything printed to the left and not centered as I set it. Unfortunately not something I will be able to gift and will be buying another ornament for my wife. I could see this being a good gift if it was properly aligned and the printing was more clear.”

“You are required to pay first prior to using a non user friendly template for your ornament. It was extremely difficult to navigate the picture onto the template. I used a different vendor for my pet ornament and it was a piece of cake compared to using this. Would not recommend . In addition the photo had a washed out appearance.”

“I ordered what was said to be plastic placemats. My assumption was a thick plastic but it is like paper. It might have been wrong for me to assume but maybe put a more detailed description of the item. The picture is beautiful but these cannot be reused like I planned”

“Before ordering wine label, I checked the picture numerous times to make sure that everything is aligned and correct. However, when I received the label, it was cut improperly, the red frame was cut out on one inside but was left on the other. Very poor quality, couldn’t use it for a gift.”
