“Not what I expected it was a tin ornament and not very big for the price I paid”

“The actual ornament I received does not measure up to the proof that you sent me. The photo came out to dark on the actual ornament and I can hardly distinguish The outline of The dogs face. Also her name at the bottom is so small and faint I can hardly see it without a magnifying glass. I’m not sure what happened but I am disappointed.”

“I purchased 2 ornaments. I shared the pictures and they were placed. Both pictures were dogs, and the ears were cut off the top of the picture. I also sent 2 emails regarding shipping instructions. After the second email, I got a reply that the message was received. However, The ornament was shipped to me instead of the recipient. Now, the gift I have ordered is not acceptable to give. On a positive note, the time it took from ordering to receiving was more than fair.”

“Requested ornaments to mark the birth of our 2 grandchildren with the year 2020 and received the year 2018. Attempted to contact the seller 3 times with no response. Very disappointed.”

“I wasn’t super impressed with the quality of the ornament. The front looked very pretty and it looked like what I asked for. But, the ornament get very flimsy and looked cheaper than what I expected. Kinda disappointed.”

“Communication was good regarding the picture placement. Quality was poor. When it arrived I was surprised it is a very thin piece of aluminum. Like a can. It was bent. Had a slight crease. It was a disappointment. Idea is cute. Better reinforced mailing materials needed. Better quality metal material would make it not as cheap appearing.”

“I ordered a 14” dog name sign and received one that was 10.5” long. I called and was told the fine print on the ordering website stated there might be a “slight” difference in size. I do not call 5.5” less a “slight” on difference. I should have ordered a 12” sign, since the one I received was still less than that size. This is deceptive advertising. First time ordering from Etsy and will not order through them again. I have already provided this information to you in an email, as well as a photo with a ruler. Why am I being asked again? The sign was well done and I like it, but you need to tell people with short names to order the 12” size. Thank you, Judy Goodale”

“I have not received the item yet which in of itself is a little disappointing. However, given the virus I’d be understanding of delays. Then I received an email to review the item...before it was delivered. I’d assume it is pretty easy to automate the review emails to be sent once the item is confirmed delivered.”

“Quality was decent but the sticker sizing shows lack of thought or product testing. Since the majority of wine bottles are tapered at the top the large size of the sticker (even when aligned at the bottom of the bottle, which looks odd) has the top of the sticker creasing as it gets thinner. There is no way to put this on without it having small folds/creases at the top of the sticker. Stickers should be made slightly smaller”

“Looking at the products online, I was truly waiting for an amazing label & ended up with a very non creative, plain red label with small print label that I could have done myself. It was expensive too for what I received. My daughter was getting engaged & it was a gift for the men. I had to use them since I had to time left., but no happy & will not use icustom again or recommend. María”

“The overall process and speed of service was great, but the quality of labels I received was pretty poor. Nearly $50 for 32 cigar labels that looked like I could have printed them myself at home. Very cheap and inexpensive look, for a very high cost unfortunately.”
