I haven't even received the package yet and the tracking tool only shows an update from 7 days ago. Very frustrating. While I can understand that iCustomLabel doesn't control the Korea postal system nor the US postal system, I feel as though you have not done anything to try to find out what has happened to a package that was purchased on 12/2 but has yet to arrive as I write this on 12/ 20: 18 days.

The transaction was fast and easy, the label printed by next day and I would rate that as very good, however shipping is poor. For some reason the item was shipped UPS on the 11/26/18 and I've have still yet to receive it and it's already 12/03/18. Tracking says it's still in NY. 3 labels could have been placed in a small envelope and shipped via USPS for the cost of a stamp and it would have been here by now. my point is this, the reason I created the label did not make it on time for the party it was meant for.

I already wrote to you regarding my order. I was disappointed because there were 7 spices I needed that weren't on the labels. These labels were expensive compared to all the others. I was told you are in the process of changing the labels so the customer can custom theirs. I think that is a great idea. If I would have been able to do that for $10, I would have been pleased and would have rated you a "very good".

I ordered placemats in September and more than half were bent. They sent replacements. I was shocked at how bent the box was they were sent in and the type of box they were sent in. Today i received an order for a business I’m helping decorate an event for, and same thing! Many are bent, flimsy box is bent, but unfortunately this time there’s not enough time to reorder! And they paid for rush shipping! I don’t understand why this type of box is used for printed papers. It doesn’t make sense!!!

One of the labels I ordered the color was supposed to be maroon and it was delivered black. When placing the order, the label looked black so I called customer help and the person I spoke with looked into my order and said that the label color I ordered is definitely maroon. WRONG!!!!!!
