“I am unsatisfied with my order. The wording on the ornament is very blurry and hard to read. I contacted the seller and no response...”

“I should have read the description better. It was a flimsy piece of metal that was so small it was hard to read the words. I paid extra to customize it which only meant I got to choose from several templates. Thinking that the folks would review the piece before manufacturing it I didn't line the photo up correctly. They didn't bother to adjust it.”

“Honestly I was super excited about this and when they arrived a week and a half after I ordered them, I was very disappointed.I thought they would have been a lot better quality. They were also stuffed into my mailbox so they were very wavy instead of smooth. I was so frustrated that, that night I literally created a label template on Microsoft Word and went to Staples and printed it out labels the next morning. I’m my opinion the ones I did are better quality and they were $1.50 for 36 of them!”

“The labels looked great when I received them. However, in removing the label from the sheet to put on the wine bottles, where ever I touched the black label the ink came off, creating white streaks through the label. I tried to be very careful removing them, but almost all labels ended up with these streaks all over the printed label. It was very disappointing.”

“Very cheap-looking and ultra-thin! I was not expecting a cheap label. especially paying a high amount for only 16 labels!! no good”

“The cigar wrappers didn't all stick. The one label had a background that was too dark. It would have been helpful if the company would have suggested a change. The 1oz labels were too big for the bottles. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I spent over 100 on labels and was very disappointed.”

“You can't read all the words on the ornament - they are faded and it is not because of the background color. We took our time to create this ornament and was very careful before approving it because we knew once we approved it no changes could be made however it doesn't matter because when it was printed and sent to us you can't read all the words.”

“I do not like writing negative responses, received ornament I ordered for my granddaughters first Christmas. When I reviewed my order it looked great. It arrived today and a hole is punched in to hang the ribbon right through my granddaughters head.”

“Was so excited to receive this ornament for my new granddaughter. Was disappointed it is just made out of tin. Looked like ceramic in the picture on Etsy. Description of material just says ornament and ribbon. You should tell it's tin.”

“The quality was blurry. The words and photo look like they were printed on a piece of computer paper. My husband specifically made a high quality photo. It looks nothing like what Etsy showed in terms of quality. Pretty disappointed”

“We purchased the gold foil wine labels and they are not gold foil, but made to look like it. It's a much cheaper look than what we were hoping. I feel I could have made these myself on some avery labels.”
