“They put the wrong name on label and then said if they fix it, I have to pay the shipping on their mistake.”

“So disappointed. I waited to write the review until I bought the wine. Your label was hard to pull off backing but most disappointed with the fit. You can not put on bottle without wrinkling.”

“Not satisfied with my order and misinformed by rep on what form of shipping I should use and items arrived after event making them totally useless despite not being the quality I expected. Wish I would have choosen a different company. Will use other company next time without a doubt”

“I had a good customer experience - they reached out with a proof right away and I approved - received it in a timely manner - but I could NOT get the sticker off the backing paper! It started to tear a little in my continued efforts so I wound up taping it on with double-sided tape (thankfully I had on hand). I had someone else try to help me as well and it felt as if it would rip the sticker or take off the sticky part if we tried to separate them. Disappointing.”

“Items were damaged when I received them. We’re not properly packed. Lettering could have been better on labels , when I called for assistance they did not offer to correct that or offer other suggestions.”

“The colour is off and lighter than original Hennessy bottle label. Yes, as mentioned it’s smaller than original label and you will be required to remove original label for the purchased ones to stick on. But it’s still not as “rich” in appearance as the original Hennessy label. Should’ve really been $3 per label and not $5 for the value received. Def not using the site for future purchases.”

“I was very pleased at how quickly my design was printed and shipped. However, I ordered a "synthetic plastic" placemat, and what I received was basically a high quality paper placemat. I could never use this as an actual placemat, so I was very disappointed.”

“Website was super easy to use compared to several I was playing with for the same product. Shipping was quick. Only complaint I have is the label it’s self. I paid considerably more for these because of all the reasons above. But the logo on the label is barley noticeable. Idk if the print got messed up or what but you can barely see the logo. I was gonna reach out anyway but you all sent this review so here it is.”
