“There was an initial hiccup with allocation and delivery and unfortunately we had to chase up our order ,however the issues were very quickly resolved by Alex at Igloo Books who went that extra mile to ensure we got our books on the very next day and happily before our new business launch ,we are very pleased with the great value books and the children will love them .We would have no hesitation in ordering from Igloo books again. Great customer service!”

“I purchased the book as the first one I bought from Aldi as a Christmas gift, it did not work. On receiving the new one I gave it to my grandson who thoroughly enjoyed as he thought it had disappeared. The service was good and arrived promptly.”

“We had bought 3 of the nursery rhymes musical books in Aldi and our 1 year old loved them so much that we went back for more but they had all gone! So we bought more through igloo books themselves and put 6 new ones in the online shopping basket. When we got to the online checkout, it was much cheaper than I'd thought, despite still having 6 items in the basket. When the percel arrived, we understood why, there were only 4. This was a bit disappointing but we were charged the correct amount so not a huge problem. Despite now being 16 months old, he absolutely loves the new additions. The buttons are easier to press than other books we have so he gets easy satisfaction and no frustration. The illustrations are lovely and there's a lot of vocabulary that can be discussed on each page, yet not so much it becomes overwhelming. The songs are fun and jolly. Our only disappointment was with 'twinkle twinkle' as the quality of the speaker is poor compared to the others which are great quality. I think it's probably a defect on our actual copy rather than all the Twinkle books. Shame it's our son's favourite! My son would highly recommend these books and that's what's important!”

“These sticker books were not really what I was looking for. I wanted story books where the child has to find the sticker to fit in with the story. They are for a mentally handicapped lady & the ones I received are not suitable. I will hang on to them as returning them would be to expensive I am sure I will find recipients eventually. The service, however, was first class.”

“I telephoned my order and was given a friendly helpful service with speedy efficient delivery. I was out the first time the books were delivered, and spent some time trying to find out how to get the books delivered to the local pick up store. Although there was a form to fill in for this, there was no way of submitting it.This may be something to do with using an iPad? I was in the following day when the books were re-delivered, but the courier left the parcel with a neighbour anyway - perhaps one of the forms did submit after all?”

“Books all delivered quickly. Prices very reasonable. Very good experience. Only small negative is a couple of the books had a dark dust on them ( presumably where they have been stored) but this wiped of easily with a damp cloth.”

“The book was just perfect except it was one I had already had so it was a total waste of money and also the book cost £3.99 very good but the postage was £12.99 not good at all next time could you send me the latest easy read word search and not charge such ridiculous fees for postage that has put me right off purchasing any more items from you”

“Good quality book. However one book was missing from order with no reason given on invoice. Telephoned customer service who dealt with query quickly and politely. Received book plus complimentary one next day. Thank you.”

“the items I ordered arrived the next day and everything was in order well done. it would have been nice if I had received an e-mail confirming delivery date and time as I had not been informed and it was lucky that I was at home when the goods arrived.”
