The customer service was excellent, I cnotated them through their website and spoke the nicest most patient and helpful customer advisors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they went above and beyond the call off duty to assist me and resolved my query very quickly with a positive outcome.

Tighten up! COVID-19 doesn't excuse poor customer service, and I think people would be a lot more understanding if communication in regards to the service people are PAYING FOR was strengthened.
