My experience with Illuminated Mirrors was absolutely terrible. I set my heart on 360 Edge mirror cabinet in the value of over £800 and I contacted the sales team because I wanted to discuss the item with them. The mirror would be fitted in the recess and I needed their expertise. I contacted them, I set up a video call with one of their sales people but when the time of the call was to take place, they never showed up. I wrote to them, I reached via online chat but none of my requests were answered. As I really liked the product I went and ordered it anyways in first week of June for a deliver on 11th July. The instructions were very clear: delivery with DHL, signature at the time of delivery is necessary. I arranged my electrician, I took a time off from work to wait for the item. On July 10th I received an email from their Customer services (after I contacted them just to confirm the delivery) advising me that there is a delay in production and they will deliver it a week later. Again I took a day off, again I rearranged the electrician.... only for the item to be partially delivered. I contacted them again, and they blame it on DHL... DHL blamed it on Illuminated Mirrors. I spoke to Jason from their customer services (they are not in UK but outsourced to another country) and Jason could not be less helpful even if he tried. Everything was: "I need to check", "I need to see".... I could not get hold of anyone based in UK. Finally after many calls and emails I managed to get in contact with Solomon. By that time, my item has been delivered and for all the "inconvenience" caused he was offering me around £45 refund. The cost of the item was £880 and twice the electrician that I had to cancel due to failed delivery and three days from work because of failed delivery. I did not take the offer of the refund because this was just a simple insult to an injury. In the process of installation of the mirror-cabinet, the left door got broken so I had to order another one. This was not fault of Illuminated Mirrors however their service again was extremely poor and it only comes to show that their customer service is consistently bad and that they are constantly giving falls promises to the customer. I ordered the door on Thursday, I was assured that the doors were dispatched and will be delivered on Friday. I took a day off (again) and I contacted my electrician. Doors never came on Friday, they didn't come on Saturday nor Monday. I contacted the company again.... they said to me that they will check and see and it will be delivered on Tuesday..... That was another lie because the doors finally arrived on Wednesday (they have a 24h delivery). At the same time I am still discussing with Solomon regarding the poor customer service, regarding the no show of the sales team, the lack of guidance, and that all this resulted in me ordering a mirror cabinet that did not fit in my recess. Solomon, without any ounce of professionalism advised me that whatever I am stating they have no record off and that basically I do not have any right to ask for compensation. I did not accept their "good will gesture", I wanted the professional service. Just as their founder, Mr. Jamie Bell clearly stated on their website. All this is "smoke and mirrors". Unfortunately this entire experience costed me a lot of money, days off, frustration and agitation. I could not use the item I originally ordered, and despite their horrible service I did not have much option but to order another mirror cabinet but in a smaller size (additional cost of £700+). I have to say that their product is really good, nice and elegant but their service is diabolical and lack of customer support is telling. For £800 for a mirror cabinet, customer should be treated better, with honesty and integrity. This company, with Mr. Bell, Solomon and Jason is only delivering on false promises, is treating a clients extremely unprofessionally, accusing clients of lying and making clients feel unworthy of their product. I will not suggest or recommend or speak about this company in any positive light and I will highly advise for you to do your research and take your hard working money elsewhere. This product is really nice, but their customer service is diabolical and people are disrespectful and unprofessional. If I was purchasing a low ticket item I could understand but for their price tag clients should be treated with more respect. If you value your money stay away from them.

** AVOID THESE COWBOYS ** Don’t be deceived by the flashy pics, professional website and reviews. This is a very unprofressional ‘cowboy’ outift, who send out poor sub-standard products and have an even worse returns policy and customer service. I purchased a mirror in January 2024, which arived late to coincide with the completetion of my bathroom. When it did arrive the finishing was atrocius, the glue which bonds the glass to the frame was visible, the IR sensor did not work very well and the heated demister pad would come on randomly even when the mirror was off, quite unsafe in my opinion. So reported this immediately expecting an apology and a replacement to be organised, but no I was asked to fill out forms, send videos, pictures etc and it dragged out for weeks, eventualy it was collected in early May 2024 for repair as I had no choice, we still haven’t got the mirror back (7 weeks later) , it really is so poor, please don’t waste your time or money with this lot!!!

The light on my mirror broke. I sent it back to be repaired, which in all fairness, they did. It was slow going, but they did at least repair it. Sadly, the mirror came back to me smashed, and this is where the trouble started. I sent several pictures, as they requested, but for 3 months now, I've been asking for a replacement mirror. Whenever I get a response, all I hear is "it's being investigated" with promises of "swift action", phone calls and "quick resolution". 3 months it has been going on!! So many emails, and still nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS AND THEY LIE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a disgrace. I ordered a mirror relying on their quick delivery offering, stressing on the telephone and by email that I needed it for an expensive photo shoot that had been organised and so their promise re delivery was crucial. I was assured all would be fine. The delivery date kept being put back but right up the the day before the shoot I was assured I'd receive it the following day - but it never arrived because it was never sent. I lost a great deal of money. They are a sham company - avoid at all costs.

Sent my mirror in for repair (within 10 years). Told guarantee no longer valid as company has changed hands. It took 6 months for them to return the mirror. No one would answer my emails, and it took a threat to go to the small claims court before I finally saw some action. Customer service is non existent and I still have a faulty mirror. It is such a shame as their products look fantastic, and I would like to replace my mirror with one on theirs, but it not worth the risk.

Expensive mirror, disgustingly poor customer service. Paid £450 for a mirror - the led lighting is held on by cable ties and paid £90 extra for bluetooth speaker, which is completely unusable due to the quality. Don't bother. Complaint ongoing for 4 months now and they have simply stopped responding. Mirror was also delivered late. Would not recommend and wish I'd gone elsewhere.

The company will not exchange the mirror. The one we have does not fit and I just don’t understand why this company is so inflexible. I would never use them again. They have terrible customer service.

Mirror arrived and was inspected on the same day. Noticed that the edges of the mirror had been finished poorly and that I wanted a refund or replacement. Lady I spoke to in an overseas call centre ( thought it would be UK as they say they are all made in UK... lies) said they would get their technical manager involved. This was 4 weeks ago. I have followed up with emails every couple of days with no contact being made by the technical manager or any sign of a refund of replacement. This has put me back with renovations as the electrician has had to be cancelled until this can be sorted. Mirror very poor quality for the price, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, better quality, customer care price to be found elsewhere. Avoid giving your business to this company. Only option left is to charge back through bank of possible...

Guarantee warrantee won’t be honoured. Any 10 year or other guarantees and warrantees from purchases made before 27th of January 2023 won’t be honoured due to website changing hands. No support whatsoever for units before October 2022.

Took three months for a faulty unit to be delivered. Then more broken promises of a replacement, ended up getting a refund seven months after my initial order. I wish I never came across this business.

Don't be misled..... The main reason I chose to order a bathroom mirror through Illuminated Mirrors was largely due to them claiming to be a UK business and all products are UK made, I wanted to support a UK business. Having ordered the mirror, which took over a month to arrive, the email communications which were not written using the correct use of the English language and the only available contact number being a UK mobile number, it is highly likely that the mirror was made and shipped from China. All of the packaging was slapped with 'Made in UK' stickers, yet when I chased my order I was told they could not speed up the delivery as the product was beginning made but when the mirror arrived on Friday, there was a label on the back of the mirror stating the product was manufactured in October 2022! Something does not add up! The final thing to mention, the mirror that arrived, after waiting all that time was not even the shape of the mirror I ordered!!! The whole experience has been shocking and I feel let down and conned. Needless to say, the mirror is being returned!! I would not recommend this company, they have a very sophisticated website but all is not what it seems.

Due to damp damage we needed to replace our cabinet door. In view of using what you have/reducing waste I ordered a replacement door from illuminated mirrors. I gave them the dimensions of the mirror cabinet online, via email and on the phone. It took two months for the replacement mirror to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong size. It was a further 10 days for the correct size door to arrive. The plan was that the courier would collect the wrong sized door (which is brand new / perfectly in tact / no damage) so it could be used on another new product. This collection did not take place, and so the company advised I dispose of this new untarnished door as it is 'not worth their trouble'. Inefficient, wasteful, unreliable company. A highly unsatisfactory encounter throughout.

In short - You can't get hold of them on phone or email, delivery took weeks and no communication. Product was faulty. No replacement for 4 weeks! In long: Ordered for a 3 week delivery. Day came and no delivery and no communication from Illuminated mirrors. Emailed and received no response. Rang the telephone number but it goes to answer phone. Days later I received a call saying that there was a problem with production and i had to wait a week. They hadn't received my emails! Day of delivery came, no delivery and no communication. Finally received a call days later saying delivery issue and it will be arriving on Thursday but it wasn't delivered until the next day. Brass mirror is patchy in colour and the top of the frame came off in my hand!! So - AVOID! They say I can't get a replacement for 4 weeks!!! :/ They don't care.

4 week delivery has turned into a 12 week delivery-but is yet to be delivered at all. I have been promised numerous dispatch and delivery dates and they have failed to meet every single one. Why 'confirm' delivery date if you don't even have the item and have continuously let your customer down. Which has caused me to mess y electrocution around with dates too. If I had known the new delivery date each time was a fingers crossed approach then I would have made the decision to order elsewhere with an in stock item. Instead I had a carrot and string customer service repeatedly making delivery dates and then emailing saying there are new delays. So for 3 months I've had no mirror in my bathroom and still await my delivery which was due April.

I had purchased the "Dimond X Collection" which suppose to have 10 Year Warranty. The mirror start de-silvering on the edges and start to look cheap. I cotnact them via e-mail and I was told 10 Year warraty does not cover the mirror. I tried to cotnact them over the phone. they were not interested and everytime I called they said the revelent person or the manager not available and will be get a call-back. NO call-back and after 5 times over two weeks the agent told me again manager is not available and it is unusual for mirror to de-silver. so it could be roblem with unit. Instead of looking to fix this since it was unusual, he offered me 20% on new mirror. I refused the offer as why would I need to replace bathroom mirror every 5 years. He could not offer any solution and suppose to get the manager to call me back. it is now 2 weeks gone by and nothing. DONT BUY IT UNLESS YOU PLANNING TO REPLACE THE MIRROR EVERY FEW YEARS. THE 10 WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND WHEN IT COMES TO ISSUE, THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED. IT IS BATHROOM MIRROR SO THE MAIN USAGE IS AS MIRROR, SO IT REDICULUOUS THAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE MIRROR BEYIND 5 YEARS AND NOT INCLUDED IN 10 YEAR. LOOK FOR DIFFFERENT SUPPLIER AS i HAVE OTHER MIRRORS THAT HAVE BEEN IN MY OTHER BATHROOM FOR MORE THAN 9 YEARS AND NO ISSUE.

Never worked with such a bad company!!! First, our mirrors were not delivered in time, we had a big opening from our beautyinstitute and had no mirrors!!! The company told us, that they have lost our mirrors... thanks for nothing. After 8 weeks of waiting the mirrors came and they had the wrong size?!? We will never ever again order something...we really have huge problems now just because of ordering from this company. Very sad...

I ordered an ultra slim cluster mirror, after checking all the tech and seeing it was 30mm in depth. The site offered add ons so I added a shaver point, unfortunately this increased the depth to 50mm. I didn't recheck the depth as there was no warning that this would happen so I am stuck with the thicker depth unless I want to pay £25.00 to change it. I really think it should explain at the add on that the depth will change. The attitude was less than helpful and I would'nt deal with Mitch Jeffrey again.
