“I loved my class at ILKB in Guelph Ontario Canada. If you are in the area or a member of another one and visiting you should really check it out! The instructors are really passionate and friendly. They encourage you to do your best and you leave feeling really good about your workout.”

“IloveKickboxing is one of the best workout that you can do A LOT in an hour. The sweat I get now compare to other classes I attended before is Nothing to this!!! The Staff at Pacifica Ca are friendly and always pushes you to do a great workout. The Cleanliness, the vibe and everyone’s smile after a hard workout will be the Best feeling ever! every punch, kicks, squats, pushups ARE Worth IT!”

“I am 8 months in and love this high calorie burning workout at ILKB-Northglenn. The coaches are patient and super supportive. The other members are like family. There is a heart monitor you can wear to watch your progress during class. And the schedule is super flexible. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try a fun workout. They have specials where you get 3 classes and gloves to see if it is a fit for you before committing.”

“For the last 9 years, I was a Zumba Instructor. Out of curiosity I signed up for the trial. I was contacted within an hour to set up my first class. It only took one class & I knew ILKB was my new love. The staff & members were so welcoming. After a short period of time, ILKB Summerville became a second home. It wasnâ??t just the atmosphere that drew me in, it was the kickboxing. I feel unbelievable when the class is over. Punching & Kicking that bag is a mental, emotional, stress & physical release. The bonus to ILKB are the outside changes. I look forward to going to ILKB Summerville as many times possible.The Staff, Members & the love for ILKB Summerville makes my day complete. We are truly a family. The members support each other & celebrate everyoneâ??s successes. The Staff our are Biggest Cheerleaders. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT ILKB SUMMERVILLE. “I started at ILKB to be more active and to find a workout that kept me interested because I tend to get bored at the gym. I definitely found what I was looking for. The classes are fun and the trainers are high energy. It's a great place to get a good workout, make friends and never get bored.”

“I tools my first class at kickboxing Summerville in December. I loved the environment the friendliness and the workout. I loved that you could go at your own pace but was encouraged to push yourself. The staff is very nice and I feel the workout after every workout unlike some places! This is a must try if you want to do kickboxing in Charleston,SC.”
