“My first time using Imageframes but not my last! Great website to create bespoke frames with multi-apertures, different size mounts, different frames, AND you can upload your artwork to see EXACTLY what you are going to get. Frames arrived well packaged and very good quality. I cannot praise Imageframes highly enough and am so glad I found them.”

“Our second purchase from Image Frames and we were able to buy matching frames to those bought previously a year ago but in different sizes. The frames were well made and well packaged and you get advance notification of your delivery slot. We've been very pleased.”

“I needed an A0 frame to be delivered to my home in South-East London by a Friday for my Dad's birthday. I had been let down a few times by other vendors. I called Image Picture Frames Limited on Wednesday of the same week. Spoke to a very friendly lady who was willing to help. She walked me through how to place my order and the extras that I would need. I paid £7.99 for a standard delivery, which would have taken at least a week, but she changed it to a Saturday delivery. Saturday was too late but it was a lot better than nothing. In the end the frame was delivered on the day I needed it (Friday), in the morning. This was AMAZING. I was so happy. This is a great company with friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely advise the use of Image Picture Frames Limited. I know I will again in the future”

“I have used Image Frames for a long time and always been pleased with the frames etc that have been supplied. I love the fact that you can upload a picture of your painting and see how the various frames and mouldings work, you can check how much the order is going to cost as you go along and the finished price includes VAT. My last order there was a problem with one of the pieces I had ordered, I was telephoned and everything was sorted out, which I was totally 100% satisfied with. They also told me when the order would be delivered, as I need the framing for an exhibition. As promised everything arrived on time and I was able to get my paintings to the exhibition. I recommend Image Frames to everyone.”

“I ordered the ornate / vintage swept frames -they are fantastic and were cheaper than anywhere else. On the downside they took longer to arrive than expected but after reading other reviews is realised that this is a common thing and at least a small English company like this is busy and still going - so didn't mind the wait in the end. I did email them and they emailed straight back with an estimated date. I have just ordered another 2 frames from them.”

“I am very happy with the frames and the speed with which they were delivered. A tip for dealing with the static downside of acrylic glazing: make sure that the frame rebate is well dusted and also the edge of the acrylic before taking the protective film off the acrylic. I used a stiff brush and paper towel. Otherwise, once the protective film comes off, the acrylic attracts bits by static as if they were glue. If you get rid of as many bits as possible first, it makes putting the picture into the frame painless.”
