“I am very happy with the frames and the speed with which they were delivered. A tip for dealing with the static downside of acrylic glazing: make sure that the frame rebate is well dusted and also the edge of the acrylic before taking the protective film off the acrylic. I used a stiff brush and paper towel. Otherwise, once the protective film comes off, the acrylic attracts bits by static as if they were glue. If you get rid of as many bits as possible first, it makes putting the picture into the frame painless.”

“We had 12 photographs from some of our favourite places we've visited and wanted to create a feature wall with them in our Lounge. Deciding which frame would compliment the photo and the décor of the room was a little tricky, however, Nikki was great and sent us a small selection of samples to help. When we came to place the order, there was a deal for 15% off which we used to buy larger frames and added a mount which complimented the photos further. The frames are beautiful and very good quality. The feature wall looks amazing and we think the value for money is exceptional. Thanks very much Image Frames - excellent service, products and prices, Many thanks Kris x”

“I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! It's the first time I have purchased from them, I received my 3 frames (with anti-fade acrylic glazing) this morning and I've already framed my prints. The frames I chose were an IDENTICAL colour / style match to some other prints I've had professionally framed so that's an added bonus. The courier service (DPD) was also EXCELLENT with real time tracking to the minute, including the drivers name , where he was currently delivering and how long before he'd to get to me. The frames arrived well packaged and I'm so pleased with them I'm about to order another one. Image frames customer service has also been first class with quick responses to emails and phone calls when I've asked for some advice. Can't fault them.”

“I made an error in my order but emailed and this was quickly acknowledged and the order correctly amended. Delivery was prompt and courier service was very good, I added an instruction to the order to leave behind storm doors and this was followed, including an email with a picture of where the item was left.”
