“I have always found Image Frames to be outstanding in both the quality of their product and their customer service, in addition to this, on my latest order I was able to track my order whilst on route to my address, minute by minute - what a fabulous way of doing business! “I was initially very wary of spending so much money on a large custom made non refundable frame that I couldn't view before buying but I have to say that as soon as I saw it I was over the moon (and relieved!). I ordered the oak veneer wood frame and the quality is outstanding! It looks amazing on my wall. I am very happy and am now waiting for another frame to be delivered that I have since ordered :-)”

“Really helpful company in designing bespoke photo mounts and custom frames. Frames arrive promptly and are well packaged. I had one item that was incorrectly made - it was quickly remade and sent without question demonstrating great customer service. I've used them a couple of times and will continue to use them in the future.”
