Great idea and well constructed platform. Just one big bone of contention: last time I used it I could not top up funds with my business debit card due to problem with the payment gateway accepting business VISA debit cards - so annoying!

I find the facility to be extremely useful however, we have experienced technical issues using the facility with EMIS Web which has been frustrating for the practice. I also have to use my personal credit card to pay for the letters as the practice doesn't have a card to pay with (we don't use one enough to justify the cost). I did try to set up an account but gave in after a couple of attempts. Next time I use the facility, I will try again.

Happy to give feedback on the service but disappointed to note in that this email to me asking for a review wasn't address to me - but to someone called Eloise??!!

Potentially iMail is very useful, however the integration with our clinical system is not working at present (through no fault of iMail) which is very frustrating. For the short time we did use iMail it saved an enormous amount of time printing letters and stuffing envelopes, which makes it cost effective. Matthew in the support team is very helpful and its nice to have a named account manager you can actually speak to.

I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO PRINT FROM ONE LETTER MULTIPLE COPIES. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO IT. PLEASE CAN YOU EMAIL THE EXACT WAY TO DO THIS AS SOON I WILL NEED TO PRINT A LETTER TO SEND TO 2,000 PATIENTS AND THE LETTER NEEDS TO BE RECORDED ON PATIENTS NOTES AND CODED.

The service is fantastic, however, what lets it down is the poor print quality when received in the post. The Royal Mail rollers smudge the print, so a good service is let down by the quality of the print.

Well for a start my name is Alice Alves and not Alex Saxon as email is addressed to!! I have had a very mixed bag with my experience of using imail. There are a few issues that need sorted desperately; 1) the font size when writing Dear@name@, doesn't match size in address panel and also doesn't match corresponding sizes in Word. I've already discussed this with customer service advisor. 2) 2 day service very rarely means that you get a 2 day service - I've had letters taking more than a week to arrive on the doorstep. Same applies to scheduling letters. There needs to be a more reliable service so that customers can send letters with confidence knowing that the letters will arrive on the doorstep on the day that they want them to. Overall the quality has been very good with exception of one set of postcards which were awful and it took much wasted time with excuses being offered back and forward although EVENTUALLY I was credited. When something like this happens - a credit should be instant and accompanied by lots of apologies - A 'sorry' goes a long way!! I was on the verge of leaving and trying a different company but my last dealings with one of your staff (can't remember his name...Michael?) changed my mind. He did his best to sort out the issues with different font sizes and assured me that changes were due to come into place in October. So here's hoping....!

Yes we didn't get on to badly overall , one thing is that this review e-mail we have received is addressed to the wrong person! I appreciated the help we received from I-mail on the first mailing however I was dealing Michael and when I asked him to look at a bespoke print job I kept getting promised that he would get back to me with costs but I never received anything , it was a big job worth in excess of £2000k

Good customer service. Website will not work on IE, but overwise fairly straightforward and easy to use.

I felt it was an ordinary service, no explanation of why it does not link with emis even though this is a selling point. The confidential policies are not as strongly worded or comprahensive as I have seen from other companies and no explation on how to change certain settings or guidance on use. A very middle line service.

Pity you sent the email addressed to the wrong person - gets me worried what you've done to our mail merges.

I feel obliged to write this review even though i had written one in another forum. I have used imail before. Even though there were severe delays in shipping, i was very understanding because the communication lines were always open n they maintained a certain level of transparency. This time, i had to keep asking for details about my package arriving for over a week before they could confirm to me any of this. Even still as i asked and timelines had passed, i was replied rudely when i now demanded for this information being told that they don't like dealing with customers who make demands. So they expect to operate however they wish, not respecting the timelines they have laid out, and not be questioned! So then, my package arrived in the country on 2nd dec and i made all payments i was asked to pay but still whenever i asked for local delivery, I'd get unhelpful answers like... Your package should be there already and to call the courrier. Courrier said they can't check without a waybill number. You can imagine the back and forth emails for days until today 8th dec, i finally called with full details and got my package. So i decided to weigh it before opening it, and it weighs 6.7kg while imail weighed it at 8.4kgs. so i have contacted them once again and have not even opened the package so that i maintain the evidence. I'm yet to get a response. I won't be surprised if they don't accept liability. Its been the trend.
