“Such a genuine and caring company. Extremely thorough and helpful. Provided a service for my elderly mother in Florida while we are in Maryland. “Although my first experience was not the best because of a miscommunication on the time service was set for and what my roommate told me it was, the office girl was very accommodating and actually had a manager come out and service my house within a hour of my phone call. I was very pleased because I had scheduled around work and childcare. Later I found out it was actually my roommates fault and she wrote the wrong time down”

“Very pleased with service. I picked up bed bugs from an unfaithful partner who was messing around with dirty streetwalkers and dirty hotels in the Daytona area. As embarrassing as the situation was, the staff at imperial pest prevention was very accommodating and really helped me through the tough time and get my house and life back on track. I am now bed bug free and can not thank this company enough!”
