“After our other pest control switched ownership things went downhill quickly so we left them and moved on. We chose imperial pest prevention because of recommendations from neighbors and I am glad we did. The communication is there that the other company lacked, the technicians and office ladies are so up to par on knowledge and all around seem better. We have been pleased ever since the switch and would recommend imperial pest prevention”

“extremely thorough and professional company. We have Dave for a long time and became unhappy with the new ownership and how things were being run so we made a switch. We couldn't be happier, we now have technicians that are happy and I no longer have to hear negativity. We get work orders after services are done, and the communication is so much better. “my experience was not great at first due to the fact that i thought the previous spray guy used my hose and left it running. However, after reviewing my neighbors camera, I had to cal back and admit I was wrong. Leaving this review was the least i could do. Imperial pest prevention staff and office girls have always been good to us, show up when they are supposed to and have kept us pest free. They really are a great company I would recommend to anyone looking for a pest control company.”
