“easy to work with company, Had termite damage that was found in a baseboard. Our current pest control company at that time said we had to treat the whole house for $1200 and refused to work with us. Imperial Pest Prevention helped us out majorly by allowing us a treatment with a cheaper chemical and was honest about it not lasting as long and not being the same quality. We didn't care because we didn't have the money for an expensive treatment and they did it for close to $900 less than the other company and even gave us a two year renewable transferable policy. I like the fact that there is companies out there willing to help and work with people is tough times that still need help. We switched to Imperial for our pest control also.”

Not only did he do a great job spraying, he also gave us a few pointers that he had noticed of some entry points for insects that we were not aware of. I guess we have bad weather stripping on our garage that was leaving an opening and a side garage door that was rotted out. Great customer service for sure very hard to find that nowadays.”

“Imperial pest control saved me literally thousands of dollars from hiring them to inspect a home I was going to buy with a termite wdo inspection. My realtor told me i didn't have to worry about termites because it was a block home and boy oh boy was that a lie! the home had termite damage in the attic, and not only even that, the home was not block it was frame with brick around the outside. i had never felt so deceived.
