“We were very pleased with our technician John today that did our termite inspection for the home that we are buying in New Smyrna Beach. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail to us that made it simple and customer-friendly. I would definitely recommend Imperial pest prevention to my family friends and will continue to use your services in the future. Thanks again”

“After having an issue outside of pest control that caused me a great deal of stress, I appreciate that the manager John called to resolve it. He has taken steps to make sure that this would never happen again. I feel that he attempted to make it right and i have chosen to trust him and his company and stay with them.”

Hi Mary K. I hope that our conversation today had helped with our customer service relations. We appreciate you as a customer and we are pleased that you opted to remain a customer of ours. As I had stated earlier we pride ourselves on our customer service and communication. I have personally reached out to all of the technicians in regards to be sure we do not have any mishaps of this nature in the future. I had just noticed this review when I had gotten back into the office. I hope that I was able to show satisfaction, meet your customer service expectations and in doing so that you may take the time to revise the previous review. We appreciate your business and having you as a customer. Jonathan S. Imperial Pest Prevention

“Imperial has been spraying my Florida rentals for close to 4 years now.By far best decision I have ever made switching to them. the company is front, doesn't sugar coat and just tell me what i want to hear. They provide results and are honest. that is what I expect in a company.”

“Great service. Helped me and my buds out majorly with a roach problem we got from a keurig coffee maker we picked up from college garage sale fundraiser. the pest control guy came in a sopped it pretty quick. Kind of a bummer we had to chuck the coffee maker but it is what it is. Anyway easy company to work with and did a good job”

“easy to work with company, Had termite damage that was found in a baseboard. Our current pest control company at that time said we had to treat the whole house for $1200 and refused to work with us. Imperial Pest Prevention helped us out majorly by allowing us a treatment with a cheaper chemical and was honest about it not lasting as long and not being the same quality. We didn't care because we didn't have the money for an expensive treatment and they did it for close to $900 less than the other company and even gave us a two year renewable transferable policy. I like the fact that there is companies out there willing to help and work with people is tough times that still need help. We switched to Imperial for our pest control also.”

“Imperial Pest Prevention runs the pest control for all of our property management accounts in St. Augustine, Palm Coast and Daytona Beach area. The service is far beyond what we have gotten with some of the previous service providers we had used in the past. Prices are very reasonable as well.”

“Absolutely no need to look for another pest control company. I found Imperial pest prevention from a Facebook post on a parenting site and i am glad I did. Imperial killed off a stubborn ant problem that my boyfriend and I wasted a lot of money on and three months of failed attempts. Excellent customer service, great pricing, and results!”

“The man who came out to do our Pest Control service was excellent. Not only did he do a great job spraying, he also gave us a few pointers that he had noticed of some entry points for insects that we were not aware of. I guess we have bad weather stripping on our garage that was leaving an opening and a side garage door that was rotted out. Great customer service for sure very hard to find that nowadays.”

“Imperial pest prevention has been our go-to pest control company for the past few years now. We have tried other local companies and have found that Imperial pest prevention is the most attentive on a customer service level, and the technicians are thorough, friendly, and take the time to actually explain things and communicate”

“Imperial pest control saved me literally thousands of dollars from hiring them to inspect a home I was going to buy with a termite wdo inspection. My realtor told me i didn't have to worry about termites because it was a block home and boy oh boy was that a lie! the home had termite damage in the attic, and not only even that, the home was not block it was frame with brick around the outside. i had never felt so deceived. Imperial pest control is a stand up company and completely trustworthy.”
