“very helpful. I haven't had the guy come out to spray yet but the office helped answer every question my current pest control company owner and bug guy couldn't. It is sad that an office staff of one company is smarter than everyone who actually does spraying at another pest control company.”

“I hve never had a pest control company be so aggressive in treatment. We had a roach problem in a rental, hired imperial pest control, walked in a few hours after treatment and dead roaches were all over the place and it smelt so strong. This company clearly doesn't play games when killing bugs.”

“Excellent customer service. Imperial pest prevention helped my wife and me out with a last minute termite wood destroying organism and insect inspection that we needed for closing. They came out for me within an hour got it handled and got me, my Realtor and the lender the report within two hours all before noon on a Saturday. For this there is no other pest control company I will ever use.”

“Very reliable and the pest control service works well. I have used imperial pest prevention for a couple of months now and they killed off the roach problem I was having in a couple of months that another company couldn't do in over 9 months. If you are having any pest control problems make the switch. they don't disappoint, imperial pest prevention is the best around.”

“very thorough company. Imperial pest prevention did a termite inspection for me and did a better job and was more knowledgeable than the home inspection company inspector was about things outside of the pest control and termites. We were very pleased with the level of detail. The home inspector left and told us the roof was okay and the termite guy came down with pictures of huge areas of wood rot.”

“Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The office girl Melissa is such an asset to this company. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting down to the bottom of a lest problem we kept having. To make a long story short I thought the company and pest control service was failing me but it actually was old expired things in my pantry that made me keep having weevils and moths. She spent the time to go through everything and talked me to the source. After a pantry cleaning there is no more problems. Excellent customer service from Imperial pest prevention.”
