They took care of a bed bug treatment from a roommate that left and left some behind. The office was helpful, the preparation website was helpful and the treatment was successful. Imperial pest prevention made a bad situation the best it could be under certain circumstances.”

“Great customer service from the office to the pest control man who came out to spray. It has only been on spray from the roach service but what a tremendous difference overnight. House still smells like bug spray a bit but it is well worth the results to wake up this morning with close to a hundred dead.”

“Imperial pest prevention is a very thorough company. We decided to hire them over competition when getting quotes because the man that came out for the bid was many tiers above the competitors as far as being knowledgeable, professional and having all of our answers completed on site. The service rates were competitive, not the lowest, but also not the highest. The service has been great to date and we have been very pleased.”

“Phenomenal pest control services and termite inspections. I used imperial pest prevention for our home inspection. They came highly recommended from our realtor, the broker and the mortgage lender. They did a great job and were very thorough. I chose to hire them as our service provider after because they did such a good job. to this day years later they still deliver fantastic results and have come out anytime I have needed them.”

“Don't waste your time with any other pest control company. We found out the hard way after spending over $1200 to kill bed bugs and still had a problem. We hired Imperial pest prevention for almost half of that and have not seen a bed bug after two treatments.”
