“Best around by far. We hired imperial pest prevention for a bed bug extermination service for our New Smyrna Beach rental home. We short term rent this property and apparently some guests checked in that had bed bugs, left, and left bed bugs to stay for the next guests. I had to put trust in an exterminator because we could not be present and had to have it taken care of immediately. The staff in the office helped our contact with prep sheets and the prepping of the property and came out the next day to get get the pest control service done. They communicated with being away and followed up and even helped coaching me with what to say and smoothing things over with the new rental occupant. It was a positive experience under the circumstances. They truly helped make it a breeze to handle from afar with not being present and able to do anything ourselves. I now have a pest control company I would never look to any other company from this point on if I am ever in need of pest control services.”

“Imperial pest prevention is the best pest control company that we have used to date. We have had major and smaller local companies in the past and always battled with carpenter ants every year during the fall. They would treat, it would be fine all year, then in fall they would come out in groves. Well about 2 weeks ago the same thing happened so we fired our pest control company and searched for another to try. We hired imperial because of the fact they seemed to have a lot of happy clients. When we called the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Right from the get go I could tell she was more than just an office person to answer the phone and book appointments. When the bug man came out he took the time to explain why the other services didn't work, the behavior of the carpenter ants and found the source within 20min of being in the house. We had dirty gutters that had been clogged with leaves and debris that had rotted the board behind and the drip edge. When he tapped on the gutter with his sprayer tons came out in a frantic. I couldn't believe that I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars to other companies to spray the inside and out but never got the chemical were it needed to be. We since have cleaned the gutters and had the board replaced and there has not been one ant. This is a very professional company with good prices. Well worth hiring these guys over the competition.”
