“Jon and the crew over at Imperial are the best. Jon use to service my accounts when the business first opened and is a very knowledgeable guy. Most intelligent bug guy I have ever had dealings with, the type of guy that worked from the bottom to the top so he knows the industry and has done everything. Since he has stepped back I usually get Matt or Dimitri and those guys seem to be on the same level. I can tell the company trains the guys well because I have asked them both things from termites to lawn questions and I get answers. Its never I will have someone call or I dont handle that. The office is the same way, everyone is trained like one another which is rare this day in age. Great pest control company to work with for sure.”

“honest and dependable company. I thought I had termites and was prepared to spend thousands to fix the problem. After the man came out to check he informed me it wasn't termites that I was showing him but ants. They took care of the problem on the spot and gave me a year guarantee for a little less than a couple of hundred dollars.”

“Cool company. Really helped me and my buddy's out. We go to ERAU and had a problem with roaches in a apartment we rent out. The crazy part is we already have a free pest control service included in our rent, but they do do a darn thing other than spray and run. We hired imperial pest because of the discounts and a few chicks told us about them at a party. They are some real down to earth, chill people. They have done more for us in controlling bugs that Dave's and Massey has done in years. Great service, well worth paying the extra thirty a month to have a pest control company that works. Just know me, brad, and James are pulling for you guys and trying to get the complex to switch to you guys.”
