“Imperial has been handling my rental properties for close to five years now, they are by far the best pest control company around. I have had probably around 6 different ones and Imperial pest prevention by far is the best choice that we have ever made. They have done services from cockroaches, ants, bed bugs and even termite treatments for me. I have nothing but positive experiences with them and the staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.”

“Best around. I hired Imperial Pest Prevention after letting go of our other pest control company. We got ripped off spending over a grand on a bed bug treatment and still had the darn things after following all the advise we were told. Imperial saved us about 400 dollars and had a sheet to follow which helped tremendously. Imperial was by far a superior company than the other company who i wont call out but is also local.”

“We hired Imperial pest prevention from afar to do an inspection on a home that my mom was buying in Ponce inlet Fl. We put trust in them because we couldnt be there and she was elderly. Imperial pest prevention went above the call of normal customer service and was extremely thorough. They had to talk to my realtor, me, my husband, my mom and a million people to explain things and go over everything so we could understand. They did an exceptional job. So good that we hired them to do the termite treatment and the pest control on that house.”

“Phenomenal customer service, use these guys for a bed bug problem period after shopping around and looking up a lot of different companies Imperial pest prevention seemed like the most logical company to go with, they had a multitude of workings with bed bugs as well as a lot of people with positive experiences. From start to finish it was a little bit of a process having to prep the home and the process to go through the treatments but we followed the prep sheets that were provided to us and it has been a smooth treatment. We're going on the third week now and we haven't seen anything. Great customer service, we definitely use Imperial pest prevention again.”

“We were very pleased with our technician John today that did our termite inspection for the home that we are buying in New Smyrna Beach. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail to us that made it simple and customer-friendly. “Imperial has been spraying my Florida rentals for close to 4 years now.By far best decision I have ever made switching to them. the company is front, doesn't sugar coat and just tell me what i want to hear. They provide results and are honest. that is what I expect in a company.”

“Great service. Helped me and my buds out majorly with a roach problem we got from a keurig coffee maker we picked up from college garage sale fundraiser. the pest control guy came in a sopped it pretty quick. Kind of a bummer we had to chuck the coffee maker but it is what it is. Anyway easy company to work with and did a good job”
