“Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The office girl Melissa is such an asset to this company. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting down to the bottom of a lest problem we kept having. To make a long story short I thought the company and pest control service was failing me but it actually was old expired things in my pantry that made me keep having weevils and moths. She spent the time to go through everything and talked me to the source. After a pantry cleaning there is no more problems. Excellent customer service from Imperial pest prevention.”

“we were pleased with service and the company but I had to deduct a star. I just don't think it was fair to charge more on the initial start up spay because we had been seeing roaches before signing up.”

“Imperial pest prevention did a great job helping us out from afar. Well actually my elderly father. We hired them to take care of a bed bug issue and they were such an easy and caring company. They assisted with supplying preparation sheets, sold us mattress and box spring covers, recommended a subcontracted cleaning company and did the pest control bed bug service. Imperial pest prevention truly cares about customers and is very professional and thorough. I wish they did services outside of Florida.”
