“Imperial pest prevention is the best pest control company that we have used to date. We have had major and smaller local companies in the past and always battled with carpenter ants every year during the fall. They would treat, it would be fine all year, then in fall they would come out in groves. Well about 2 weeks ago the same thing happened so we fired our pest control company and searched for another to try. We hired imperial because of the fact they seemed to have a lot of happy clients. When we called the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Right from the get go I could tell she was more than just an office person to answer the phone and book appointments. When the bug man came out he took the time to explain why the other services didn't work, the behavior of the carpenter ants and found the source within 20min of being in the house. We had dirty gutters that had been clogged with leaves and debris that had rotted the board behind and the drip edge. When he tapped on the gutter with his sprayer tons came out in a frantic. I couldn't believe that I paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars to other companies to spray the inside and out but never got the chemical were it needed to be. We since have cleaned the gutters and had the board replaced and there has not been one ant. This is a very professional company with good prices. Well worth hiring these guys over the competition.”

“So far so good. We hadn't seen any signs of bed bugs after this most recent follow up treatment. The service seems to work and I sure can tell you they do not spray diluted chemicals because the house smelt for almost 3 days after the treatment.”

“Imperial pest prevention has been a pleasure to work with so far. We had carpenter ants coming out of the attic through our recessed lights in the house and hired your company this past Monday. The service has been awesome to this point, after the spray man was here and put that machine in the attic to treat we had thousands come out and die that day. We have not seen one since this past Wednesday. Excellent customer service, prices and staff. I would gladly recommend imperial pest prevention to any of my friends or family.”

“Imperial pest control did a good job getting rid of some cockroaches we had found when we moved in our house. It was a little involved process prepping the house and so forth but we followed all of the prep sheets we were directed to and the service worked. I kept the quarterly service now and for the price its worth the peace of mind.”

“we found imperial pest prevention from dream homes which is a home inspection company. They use that company for termite inspections who did ours. They did a great job and looked the house over really well. We have since used used them for a tent fumigation for drywood termites. The prices are reasonable and the staff was easy to work with.”

“best exterminator around. We used to use a big name competitor but prefer to promote smaller local businesses. We like that Imperial pest Prevention is big enough to get someone out when needed if needed in a timely manner but small enough that you get the comfort homely feeling they genuinely care about you as a customer.”

“We used imperial pest control for a bed bug service. It was a complex situation but they helped us every step of the way and was there to help us. I am thankful they are gone. The office was very helpful in the process I would recommend using them.”
