“excellent prices and knowledgeable staff. used you guys to spray a house we just bought. It didn't look like we had any problem but after it was sprayed we did find quite a few dead. Looks like what you use works.”

“Imperial pest prevention has been our pest control company for my home and floral arrangement business for close to two years now. I have never had a problem. they are an easy company to work with, the man or office calls the day prior, sets a time, and he shows up and does his thing.”

“imperial pest prevention is a very honest company. I had a salesman from another pest control company come to my house to tell me my neighbors had termites and I needed to have one and be aware of this. I panicked at first and let him do an inspection and a quote. While he was doing the inspection I started to think of how inappropriate it was to tell my neighbors business if it was true. He told me I had termite wings in the attic and tried to sell me a $1200 treatment. I did not go with it and waited for my neighbor to get home and I asked them because they both are realtors in the port orange area and are well known. They confirmed that they did not have that company as a pest control provider and that they used imperial pest prevention and recommended them to all clients and they were the company that treats their house. They gave me the phone number to call and I spoke to the office lady who sent a man named Jonathon out and he was great. He went in the attic was thorough, he was informative, knowledgeable, and I could tell was not just a quick talker. He found no evidence of termites but did tell me it is not a guarantee and a treatment is always recommended. I asked for a quote and it was almost half of the other company. I did not go with it yet because we are tight on funds at the time, but I felt I could at least share my positive experience to inform people that imperial pest prevention is honest and professional. If i do ever go with a pest control company for anything at all, it will be no one other than imperial pest prevention.”

“Not sure why I didn't switch to your company sooner. My girl and me threw hundreds of dollars away with another pest control company for excuses with no results. We literally got blamed by the other spray company for everything under the sun rather than getting the drain fly problem fixed. They blamed it on our trash, dishes in the sink and we literally keep a clean house. The first time your guy came out he looked around, went outside shined a light under the house brought us outside and showed us millions of drain fly's from a broken waste pipe we had under the house. Not once did the other company who I wont call out take the time to even think about anything like that. We since got the pipe repaired and had a few treatments and not one of those flies are in our house now. Imperial pest prevention is absolutely wonderful. You guys have a customer for life!”

“As a realtor I am always particular of who I recommend to my clients. I have no hesitation recommending Imperial Pest Prevention to any of my home buyers or clients. They are always very thorough during my home inspections and are very simple and to the point when explaining any findings. I use them personally at my own personal home. They are reasonably priced and do a great job.”

“Excellent pest control service and employees. Best of all is I appreciate the fact that the office goes through the same training as the men so when you need help, you get direct answers. When I found that out after asking one of the office girls how she was knowledgeable I was impressed. That is a rarity when a company has every employee cross trained in everything. Shows a level of professionalism that is superior in not just a pest control company but in any company.”

“Best pest control company in our area for sure. We got imperial pest prevention to do some pest control to get rid of some ants we had a problem with. We had Massey before and all I was getting was excuses so we got rid of them after my auntie said that she uses them they got rid of roaches for her. It took them about 2 tries before it was almost gone and then the last time the bug man came out we hadn't seen any since.”

“Imperial pest prevention did a great job for us. I originally went through home advisor who paired us up with Cimex, Daves pest control and apex but the quotes that came through were not specific and appeared to just want to get someone out to us to quote or the price had a big gap in between. I liked the fact your office was specific, the time of arrival was specific, and the spray man was specific and to the point.”

“Excellent prices and service. I use imperial pest prevention for bed bugs services, our cab company which I want to remain anonymous because its not our fault and we aren't the only company this happens to in our industry at times. Imperial does a good job at keeping our treatments confidential, gets our cars and vans back on the road quickly, and does good for us on the prices. I recommend them to my own family and friends for anyone who needs a pest control company. They do good work.”

“Imperial Pest Control handles our monthly pest control spraying at our restaurant. They do a great job keeping us bug free. Occasionally we get a few roaches here and there because of boxes that come in during shipping but they have always come right out anytime we needed them if its in between the normal time we go out.”

“Imperial pest prevention did a great job for us. We had a large bee nest we hired them to get rid of in the bottom of an old tree in the backyard. They blasted it with a large hose and spray gun and drenched them. After the spray we had a few buzzing around for a few days but it was all gone by the fourth day.”
