“We hired imperial pest control to do a home inspection and initially we were upset with them because they denied doing the crawl space inspection because of a spider infestation under the home. The guy who I cant remember his name said that they were black and brown widows and that he could not jeopardize his safety. I thought he was lying and just didn't want to do the inspection and that brown widows were fake. I had a man from the department of agriculture come out and he did indeed back them up that it was true and that he was correct in not going under for safety. I decided to have the homeowner hire them to treat so they could go back and be able to inspect for me. When the pest control guy came out he sprayed the crawl space and these spiders were coming out of the crawlspace vent holes by the thousands, I could not believe it. I literally felt like a jerk and had to apologize because it was literally a safety hazard. I told them I would share this experience because it was the least I could do for the hassle I put that man through. Imperial Pest Prevention is a legitimate company and I do recommend them.”

“My wife is terrified of snakes and we had a few black ones not sure if they were venomous or not but it was enough that she was freaked out. We couldn't find any pest control company that did anything for snakes but after searching on google we had found imperial pest prevention and saw they offered a snake repellent service. We figured that since the service was not that expensive we would try it out. I will say we both were shocked, its either been one heck of a coincidence or the stuff works like a charm because we had not seen one snake all spring or summer! we have since employed them in place of our other pest control spray company and lawn spray company since they offer really good prices if you bundle with them. All in all imperial pest prevention has been good to us!”

“Came recommended from Dream home inspections a home inspection they did an insurance inspection and we got to talking because I thought I had a spot in a baseboard with termite damage. They looked at but weren't sure so said to call Imperial pest control. When we called they did get a guy out the same day and he did confirm is was underground type of termites. They came out and did the treatment last week and did a good job for us and the price was reasonable compared to what we expected and te home inspectors said it would be.”

They got an inspector out the same day and got me the report the same day. The office was even as nice as to send the report to my lender for me also the same day. “Imperial Pest Prevention is the pest pest control company around. As a property manager and owner of a property management firm, I can attest to the fact that we have had a multitude of pest control companies over the years. Imperial pest prevention has by far exceeded expectations in numerous circumstances. We have dealings with homes and properties in some of the not so greatest sections of Volusia county and Daytona Beach so we know that we are going to have some roaches and bed bug cases from time to time because of the clientele and the fact of them moving from property to property etc. With that being said, our call back report over the past two years of having them service our properties has shown a decrease of 42% which is phenomenal compared to past companies who had promised the world in a pest control company. We like the fact that they come out, pick up the keys, run the services, report to us any concerns they see, and can get out fast enough if we ever encounter a surprise or need them. Excellent pest control company that we recommend to our clients.”
