Ive been getting the same generic emails from them about their financial department having issues. I strongly urge everyone to file a complaint with Latvian consumer rights protection organisations. This company already paid fines before for the same reasons people here are complaining.”

“The same happened with me. Ordered shoes in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. They promised delivery in 10- 15 days. Shoes of course didn't arrive in 15 days. This story continues till now. “Shameful business operation - they never refunded me - first I waited for months to receive my pair of shoes, then they offered me another model because they couldn't send me the one thaat I oredered, then, when I returned them that model which I didn't like they never refunded me - I am still waiting, after 6 months since they received my returned goods. “Bummed I can't give this place zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes back in Sept and the first arrived about 1.5 months later. Unfortunately they were too small, so I tried to send them back (60$ of shipping out of my own pocket). I was assured the address was correct though 2 months later the parcel came all the way back to me. Meanwhile, the second pair of shoes never shipped so I asked to cancel that purchase and get a refund. The refund was promised in Dec and it's now the end of Jan and I have yet to see the money. I was just told that they had a glitch and they would like me to wait patiently. Incredibly frustrating, and no one is answering the US customer service line.

“My friend and I bought 2 pairs of boots in April.After 4 months of delay, no items have been sent and we requested for full refund 2 weeks ago, and they said it would take 14 days to process. I emailed again today but I was told that THEY CANNOT ADVISE when I can get my money back and if I want to take further actions I am welcome too. It is appalling and in violation of any EU Consumer Rights as products would need to be delivered within 30 days. They also made it clear that they would refund the money within 14 days on there website. Now they are just keeping over 400 euro from us. I have evidence of correspondence with their support team.

“The worst experience I ever had.....
I bought a pair of shoes from them on the 8th of April. The shoes are very expensive as I paid €195. On their website, there is clear information that the waiting time for an order is up to 14 days. I was patient as I knew the shoes were going from abroad so it may take longer especially during a pandemic. After 3 weeks of not receiving shoes, I contacted the company’s customer service. I received a message with apologies and information that they received an unexpectedly high amount of orders and their shoes are handcrafted, therefore I think will receive my shoes on the 26th of May. They also offer me a coupon with a 50% discount for the next purchase so I agreed to wait. On the 28th of May, I still didn’t receive any update regarding my order. I was deeply disappointed and flustered as I paid so much money for these shoes. I decided to cancel the order. I received the information from them that I will get the full refund within 10-14 days depending on my bank. Currently, 22 days for passed and I still received neither a refund nor a response from them. I am very worried.
I would like to add that all this time I was exchanging emails with a person called “Yolanta”.”
