After waiting for a pair of (turned out extremely uncomfortable) boots for 2 long months, I decided to return them as they were impossibly tight and uncomfortable on feet. Little did I know I will have to wait another 3 months (!) for a refund. No kidding, I had to contact their customer services 4 times and chase them for a refund! On what planet is that a "premium class" experience?? They kept saying it will come through, and bla bla bla,for the whole 3 months. And maybe I would still be waiting around, but once I mentioned I'm taking this case to Financial Ombudsman Services, the refund came through the next morning. What a disgrace. Their positive reviews on Trustpilot were bought! Beware!

All creditors of the company are invited to submit their creditor claims to the appointed bankruptcy administrator. The bankruptcy administrator's contact details are as follows: Name, surname: Georgij Orlov email mail: georg.orlov@inbox.lv Phone number: +371 26599824 Address: Rīgas iela 16, Rēzekne, LV-4601, Latvia A creditor's claim (a request signed by the user to the bankruptcy administrator) can be submitted in writing in a free form, but the following information must be specified: 1) justification of the claim; 2) type of claim; 3) the amount of the claim, indicating the amount of the main claim and the amount of additional claims (interest, late fees, fines, etc.); 4) time of occurrence of the claim; 5) whether the creditor is recognized as an interested person (in the sense of Article 72 of the Insolvency Law of Latvia https://likumi.lv/ta/en/en/id/214590-insolvency-law); 6) contact information, including email address; 7) bank account number. If I could give them ZERO stars rating I would. Ordered shoes 28th of march 2022 and never received them. Asked for a refund over 10 times and never received it. These people are big time scammers. They keep doing promotion sales but never deliver the goods. They scammed me out of 200euro. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! Website looks reliable, but..... Delivery of my order was 2 months late. I received the ordered after several emails answered with ever new delivery dates. Decided to return, because I was fed up with this brand... They confirmed possibility of return (have this in an email), so I sent the order back. They received the return on Feb 5th. Since then I emailed couple of times. They answered to the first msg and confirmed refund within 14 days. It's months already and no answer to my emails sent last week to check the status... I plan to take legal steps to get the money back. And will report them everywhere.

In May 2021 I purchased the Sandals and today it's July 2022 and no sandals. During the year, when I asked how long to wait, they answered that you had to wait a little more, they always referred to covid (how long was not specified). For the whole year, they did not write first to report a delay. After a year of waiting, I requested a refund, for which I was offered a discount if I waited longer. Seriously? I would have expected to be given a discount anyway and even earlier as an apology. They approved the refund and said to wait 10-14 days, 20 days passed and nothing arrived, I wrote, they said that their system approved the refund, but not paid yet. They said they would try to speed up the process. After 7 days I wrote again to find out the status of the return, answer was that the payment system was broken, wait. Not only that, I am SPAMMED with emails almost daily from them with marketing emails with sales, etc. I don’t understand how you can make discounts and take orders if they can’t cope.

After 7 months still nothing - order placed 29.12.2021 - after countless emails and waiting for refund I lost 280EUR . Dont ever purchase anythign!!!! SCAM - going like this for YEARS!!!

After 8 months still nothing. SCAMMERS Keeps giving me excuses that my order will be sent in a few weeks - no regular updates sent to me - I have to continually email them. They say the boots are hand-made to order but 8 months is ridiculously long, even for pandemic supply issues. No compensation, no refund, nothing, just more excuses. Not only that, I am SPAMMED with emails almost daily from them with marketing emails with sales, etc. Ugh - don't order from them!

The same happened with me. Ordered shoes in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. They promised delivery in 10- 15 days. Shoes of course didn't arrive in 15 days. This story continues till now. Yesterday I again received the answer from Yolanta person that shoes are still being manufactured. Well, I understand I just lost 215 euros. I hope this company will stop working as they dont deliver anything and dont give you a refund. They just cheat people with cool website and design of shoes. Please dont buy anything from them!

Same as everyone else £184 paid in April, loads of excuses from Yolanta.... now Nov 28th, no shoes and still saying I will be refunded, after 4 months no closer to getting money back. Very sad reflection of buying online. I am warning everyone in social media. They have bombarded me with Black Friday deals....

Few month ago I ordered shoes on the website. The payment went through and the money was debited from my account. I've been waiting for two months already. No one answers my letters, either on Instagram or by mail. Website support doesn't work at all!

I made a purchase in November 2022 and I still have not received my purchase or heard from this establishment. There isn't even a way to be refunded. The business tactics are not of great standards.

I bought 3 pair of shoes in November, 5 months have pass without any news of the delivery. The latest reviews are lapidatory. This is a FRAUD, A SCAM.

I have 4 pair of inch2 shoes and 1 pair of boots form past 4 years. Loved them. In sept 2022 I ordered 1 pair of boots for myself and boots for my husband. Have not received them. Sent and Received countless emails over the last six months apologizing for delay. Today sent email asking about my order again. My emails are being bounced back. Can not reach anyone for shoe info or refund. Now reading all the reviews I feel scammed. So sad people do this. Going to try to reach my cc company. Btw they keep sending me ads. Really??

I think they are cheaters. I had ordered boots on septemper of 2022. After of 10 emails,they sent an email for one month delay. No boots...no contact..no refund March 2023!!!!

I ordered shoes for €220 on 16/10/2021, until today I have not received either the order or the money back - I have dealt with customer support several times. Definitely don't order here! I really do not recommend!
