Little did I know I will have to wait another 3 months (!) for a refund.
No kidding, I had to contact their customer services 4 times and chase them for a refund! On what planet is that a "premium class" experience??
They kept saying it will come through, and bla bla bla,for the whole 3 months. And maybe I would still be waiting around, but once I mentioned I'm taking this case to Financial Ombudsman Services, the refund came through the next morning. What a disgrace.

During the year, when I asked how long to wait, they answered that you had to wait a little more, they always referred to covid (how long was not specified). For the whole year, they did not write first to report a delay.
After a year of waiting, I requested a refund, for which I was offered a discount if I waited longer. Seriously? I would have expected to be given a discount anyway and even earlier as an apology.
They approved the refund and said to wait 10-14 days, 20 days passed and nothing arrived, I wrote, they said that their system approved the refund, but not paid yet. They said they would try to speed up the process.

“The same happened with me. Ordered shoes in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. They promised delivery in 10- 15 days. Shoes of course didn't arrive in 15 days. This story continues till now. Yesterday I again received the answer from Yolanta person that shoes are still being manufactured. Well, I understand I just lost 215 euros.
